The property was wonderful. Walking distance to all major sights and pubs, perfect location. The flat was clean and offered enough space to comfortably fit our group of 5. The hosts were very responsive. They put attention into making the space comfortable and functional for guests. If we were to go back to visit Edinburgh we will definitely stay here.
It got loud a few nights but to be fair it was a World Cup-Scotland vs. Haiti…. But most other nights it was fairly quiet for being central.

Beds were comfortable. Good location.
On the top floor without a lift. An additional fan to have one in both bedrooms would be nice.

Enough cannot be said for the location of this property. With the National Museum right up the steps from main entrance and the royal mile a 2 minute walk. Convenient to quick groceries, restaurants, and transportation. The hosts came out of their way to assist opening a window that got stuck to provide more airflow.
The only dislike was the property being on the top floor of 3-story buildings. Not ideal if you’re not fit but it did not bother me personally. Not the best coming back from late night pub drinking.
