Great location
The double bed downstairs was extremely noisy at every tiny movement of creaking so no good nights sleep had.

Loved the location, peaceful area but so close to everything in the city, fabulous restaurants within easy walk from the apartment, highly recommend Nectar. Responsive host should you have any questions.
A few too many personal effects in all the wardrobes and drawers. Would it be better to put all these in one cupboard and lock it? Or even in the downstairs study room? Could do with better blinds in bedroom 1 and 2.

Location very good
The apartment was not cleaned properly and is looking very tired - stains on main bedroom carpet - patio plant beds are full of dying weeds- pictures available if required - there is not a full set of cutlery - only a couple of knives- food from previous guest still in fridge. Downstairs bed not good - downstairs bathroom (the bath panel is falling off the bath. Simon our host was very helpful- but not sure when he last visited his apartment to view the condition.
