Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig.
Es war alles sehr sauber, und bei einer Gruppe von 5 Personen ist es schön, zwei Badezimmer
und ausreichend Platz zu haben. Bis auf Kleinigkeiten ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
Nicht so gut fanden wir, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab, Kleidung aufzuhängen, weil die vorhandenen Schränke
voll waren. Und das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer unten hat eine eher weiche Matratze und knarzt bei jeder Bewegung.
Für Kaffeetrinker gibt es nur eine kleine Stempelkanne für 2 Tassen.

A great centrally located property with easy walking distance to everything. Supermarkets are handy, great array of restaurants in the area. Host very easy to contact & replies quickly.well equipped kitchen.
The information folder needs updating as the internet information is incorrect. Another chair or two in the sitting area would be great

Die Lage ist wirklich super - ruhig gelegen in New Town - viele Cafés, Supermarkt und Bars in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Tramhaltestelle in 5 min Fußweg. Ausreichend Handtücher. Schöne, helle Wohnung - wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Kommunikation mit Simon war auch gut.
Das Doppelbett unten quietscht wirklich sehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, unten hört man jeden Schritt von oben. Der Balkon hat keine Sitzmöbel, sodass er eigentlich nicht wirklich nutzbar ist. Es gibt nur eine French Press für 1 Tasse - also Kaffee für mehrere Personen gleichzeitig nicht möglich. Uns hätten Instruktionen für Heizung und Herd geholfen. Die Heizung im Bad ließ sich nicht regulieren und war somit eine Sauna. Tiefe Teller wären prima.

Location very good
The apartment was not cleaned properly and is looking very tired - stains on main bedroom carpet - patio plant beds are full of dying weeds- pictures available if required - there is not a full set of cutlery - only a couple of knives- food from previous guest still in fridge. Downstairs bed not good - downstairs bathroom (the bath panel is falling off the bath.
Simon our host was very helpful- but not sure when he last visited his apartment to view the condition.
