Location, comfortable beds , properly lit, well stocked kitchen, partly heated floors.
Not being able to control the temperature, it was either too hot or too cold.

Leuke wijk met veel ontbijt/lunchmogelijkheden. Op wandelafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en city-centre. Drie badkamers is heel comfortabel. Lunchen bij Tanzaniaans restaurant Ma Robberts en diner bij Nectar (200m) zijn echte aanraders!!
Bedden zijn wat smal en hard. En het kan vochtig/muffig zijn omdat het een souterrain is.

We’re 3 families of 5 adults so finding an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the city centre was difficult but City Oasis was perfect for us. It’s within walking distance to sights and public transport. Our host was approachable and friendly. There’re a couple of minor issues which have been communicated to the host who accepted them in good spirit

We like the location it was near lots of places to eat and not a far walk to local attractions the tram and buses Having three bathrooms in the apartment was great with five people
The location was good. It was just hard to locate not realizing it was under the street.
