The location couldn't be more perfect, and the basic building is great. The bones of this house are beautiful.
The apartment needs some help. There were cracks and leaks in the bathroom tub. The couch in the master is pretty torn and tattered. It just needs a little attention. It's generally a gorgeous old home. Carpets could use some updating.

Very convenient to the Royal Mile, great restaurants and pubs.
The third bedroom was for a child. We ended up having to have our adult daughter sleep on a couch. I would say that you couldn’t put any child over 10 in the bed.
