Good value for the money and a lovely host.

Lovely host and room very clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was a serve yourself cerial and toast in the breakfast room.

Too much fabric conditioner in the bedding for my liking, overpowering scent. Not impressed by washing hung on the terrace, not a good look for a hotel.

Property is in a prime location so close to the beach front. Rooms were lovely, decor was nice. The owner was so welcoming, friendly and attentive. I very much enjoyed my stay

I found the room quite cold only one small radiator below a window to heat it up so i didn’t sleep well.

Comfortable and very clean with a warm welcome throughout our stay.

The quality of the stay was attributable to the warm welcome and personal attention which Maria gave to us and to the other guests we met during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her and it was important to her that we enjoyed our stay. Though we missed a cooked breakfast, the provision for the all-day 'continental' style was excellent and much appreciated. We will definitely try to stay again when we next visit Weston.

Nice stay

Owner very friendly and pleasant. Were made to feel welcome which is nice. Room and en-suite were very clean. Good beds with nice bed linen. Would stay here again.

Room was quite small and a little cramped. The bistro table and chairs were bar stool height. I would have preferred regular chairs and table but i doubt there would have been space for them.

Maria was very welcoming and took an interest in our days and suggested places to eat. The bnb was tidy and clean and we’d love to come and stay there again.

Enjoyed everything, didn't really use breakfast facilities,but glad they were there neither the less.Rooms were great,beds were comfy. we enjoyed the mini fridge and staff were helpful and approachable, over all lovely.

What a great find in Weston! We visited with friends for the bank holiday weekend and we had a fantastic stay. Maria is an amazing host, so welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautifully decorated and furnished and the whole property is immaculate. There is a communal lounge with a really comfortable and homely feel. There's a communal breakfast room seating 10 people with complimentary breakfast cereals, breads, jams, butters, marmalade and a variety of tea bags,including speciality teas and normal and decaff coffee, all of which you can help yourself to any time day or night. The bedrooms had a fridge, complimentary tea and coffee making facilities plus wine glasses and other glasses should you like your own refreshments in the room. It is at the quieter end of Weston, a few minutes walk to Birnbeck, a minute's walk to the front and about 10 minutes walk to the main pier and shops. There's free on road parking in the vicinity and Hampton car park is a minute's walk away. There is plenty of seating out the front which we used a lot, it helped that we were fortunate to have lovely weather. Despite being so close to the promenade, man-made beach and Birnbeck our road was really quiet. Maria has thought of everything and we will all be returning many more times.....Maria, you're doing a fabulous job, keep up the hard work and we will see you again! Thank you x

Perfect couple of nights stay at the Bella Vista!

Maria was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, lovely, lovely lady! The Bella Vista was a very cute little B&B, the rooms were spotless and perfectly sized for a family of 4. Tea & Coffee were in the rooms and a little mini fridge. We were able to watch Netflix and watch some evening films with the kids. A small continental breakfast was available all day! Cereals and toast, tea and coffee and squash for the kids. The location was absolutely perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the beach and all amenities. We had a perfect couple of days here and we had the best time! Thank you so much for having us Maria x

Perfect for a seaside break!

The hostess Maria was v welcoming and gave valuable excellent recommendations for places to eat, eg Mimi (Thai), Michelangelo (Italian). Our room was v comfortable, with modern decor throughout. Complementary breakfast freely available in communal breakfast room, and comfortable sitting room space available to relax. Perfect for a seaside break.

Bella Vista

Our room was large, clean, comfy and beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and there is a complimentary breakfast of cereals, tea and coffee. The breakfast room also was large, clean and well decorated.

We were on the fourth floor and there was no lift. For me this was a bit of an issue due to health reasons. I should have asked where we were when i booked.

Great stay, great hostess

Maria was very helpful and accommodating when we let her know we would be late, She let us put our bikes in the house - no problem. Comfortable bed and bed room. Also she did not rush us out in the morning. Also an unexpected light breakfast was provided.

Towels were nice

Our room smelt of stale cigarettes, was tiny and cramped. We had to pay £7 extra to park in the local car park as there was no street parking outside this on top of the £95 we paid for a night . We had to climb 6 flights of stairs to get to our room . On arrival we were greeted by a line full of washing and two full ash trays on the table at the front of the house , not really acceptable. Did ask for a lower floor room and was told they were full but only saw one other person there . Overall not happy as this was not good value

Brilliant hotel and host

The location is great, only one street from The front where the beach, restaurants and bars are. The host Maria was incredibly helpful and attentive to any requests. We had our 15 month old with us and I would say the hotel is definitely child friendly as Maria had cot facilities, high chair and toys available which I found very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and I hope too again in the future.

Communication led us to losing out, getting shut out and paying for it..

My husband and I were really looking forward to staying as it looked great.

Phone number and check in details on booking were incorrect and missing information re booking in time window. I tried to call to ask the booking arrangements as I was running late due to arranging my husband's surprise 60th birthday party, and the number was not correct. I received email with key safe number and thought great we would easily get the keys as in a safe. Unfortunately on returning from party, not very late around 10.30pm we became aware that the key safe was in the b and b. Was an unfortunate end to an otherwise lovely evening. We could not access the b and b and we could not contact anyone either in the day time or the evening. Was a great pitty. It would have been helpful if check in times information could have been included in the email which had the key safe code on.

Wonderful small, family run hotel.

A warm, friendly welcome from Maria. Our room was comfy and spotless, as were the lounge and breakfast room where cereals and bread for toast are available all day. The location was excellent, within walking distance of town, beach and pier, together with one of the best Italian restaurants anywhere. Excellent value for money.

Home from home experience in a clean property with a very welcoming host. We felt safe

The property was in a central location, a minute walk from the main strand. First impressions were great. We arrived after 21.00 and the door was locked but there were clear instruction on what to do. The host was vey welcoming. The property was fresh and bright and very clean. The bed room was perfect for our needs. Clean, fresh linen and the room smelled good. The beds were very comfortable. On suite had a shower, again, very clean. There was free wi fi and the room had a tv with free view. There was tea and coffee in the room and bonus, a small fridge, which was great to keep our drinks cold and there was no noise per say. There was the option to avail of breakfast the following morning but we had other plans. We will definely come back to this property.

Greeted by a very friendly host who ensured all our needs were met. Lovely clean spacious rooms with comfy beds! Access to kitchen facilities which was a blessing when travelling with a young family , and use of shared lounge which means you do not have to stay in your room .
