Gwen was extremely friendly and welcoming The cleanliness of the bedding/towels was great and it very quiet Very central and car parking good - we managed to park outside during our stay

Although I know we booked a small double we didn’t expect it to be that small, - however it was comfortable and clean - the fan was so welcome as it was really warm during the night with a very small window We were however very concerned about the lack of a fire escape being on the 2nd floor

Good guest house near the seafront.

I stayed in a single first floor en-suite room. The room was comfortable and clean. The room had a kettle. The owner was welcoming and friendly. The guest house is in a good quiet location a few minutes walk from the seafront. I’d stay again.

Pleased with my stay!

Proprietor was very nice and friendly, the hotel was very, very, clean, the location was very good.....near Marine Lake. Bed was comfy, good double glazing, very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Although the room was quite small it was absolutely fine for me, had to climb on to bed then bedside cabinet to open/close the window.

Small holiday break

The welcoming by Gwen on arrival. We had a lovely chat before she handed my room key. Room was easy to locate and very tidy upon entering. Everywhere was clean & tidy. Great selection of tea, coffee, sugar, toiletries and towels. Great location to get to the seafront. Both Gwen and Kay that I met upon departure, were lovely to talk to and very attentive to detail.

Perfect for what we needed.

The owner and her best friend were very welcoming. Felt secure in a quieter part of the town and the owner clearly takes pride in her Guest house. Flowers in full bloom 🥰 Communal fridge was a bonus ! 🙂

A perfectly located very clean property that’s is 5 minutes away from the seafront.

Everything was just perfect for our stay, couldn’t of asked for more!

Perfect in every way! Spotless, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you need, 2 minutes walk to the beach and a wonderful lady called Gwen who is in her 70’s that owns and runs it!! She’s an amazing woman and is just downstairs if you need anything! Perfect and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, my second stay here.

Comfy clean room. . Tea/,coffee and glasses provided. Shampoo/shower gel, fan , hairdryer. Lovely welcome from her friend. Great location opposite Marine Lake, not far from Pier and the Town centre.

Shower could produce more water, but it does the Job. Room 8 top floor. Apart from that, all good.

Very Welcoming Convenient Place To Stay

Nice room, owner Gwen welcomed me and allowed me to check in early which was a lifesaver after a 6 hour train journey. All basic facilities provided so could enjoy a brew In the morning with the TV. spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Location is a little bit rough but that's no fault of the place.

Very comfortable beds, really clean room and bathroom. Excellent location near seafront. Good price.

Room described as family room at the top of all series of stairs. Bathroom very small. Hair dryer broken and bedsight light not operating.

Will not return unless a breakfast is included in price.

I thought breakfast was included or as a extra,but no breakfast.This was my only gripe. Shall not be going again unless breakfast is On the menu. Why show picture of any dining room if no breakfast is laid on. I think I was conned.

Great place, Great owner

A great place to stay, clean,airy,comfortable, perfectly decorated, the list of good things to say could go on and on and the owner is such a lovely lady. All other guests during our stay were multi repeat guests. Can't heap enough praise on the Corbiere and it's owner.
