Did not enjoy. Food was not very enjoyable and not worth the price that was charged.

There was a lift to the room.

Room had damp patches and bathroom smelled of stale urine. When complained to the manager about it, they did not offer to move us even though they had a spare room. Shower was not fit for purpose as very small and barely able to move in there. Room did not fit the description of what was booked. Even though entertainment was paid for, the tables were taken by the regulars and management thought this was acceptable.

Great location

Great location. The staff were friendly. Yes its tired and dated but the Rooms were clean we had 3 rooms booked out. It was perfect for what we needed it for. Some where to rest our head at night.

The pillows were a bit flat. Room 27 the mattress definitely needs changing. Also in room 11 we found it quite difficult to sleep there was a constant loud drone sound all night not sure what it was. Also.the showers aren't the best. There was no one on desk in the morning to take the points above too. Maybe a comments book would be a good idea.

Rooms are dated but clean, they are also standard tea/coffee small tv separate shower toilet.Our room had a shared balcony which has a very good view off the pier and Weston.The hotel also has its own bar..

Old decor,small Tv and shower not very powerful.Noise until midnight from the below bar,loud music.No parking.

Convenient place, run down and very noisy.

We liked the location and it had a (shared) balcony. It was clean.

It was very run down. The walls were very thin, we could hear the couple next door having sex throughout the night, I wouldn’t even say it was loudly but due to the thinness of the wall they might as well have been in the same room as us. The balcony door was thin and the slatted window did not shut properly therefore we could hear the numerous cars and motorbike racing up and down the sea front.

Booked on room only basis ( I didnt trust myself to get up for breakfast) . I was given a larger seafacing room which was a lovely surprised. Like the all white sheets and towels The lift

Expect better mid season...

Good position on the Beach front and all the conveniences within walking distance.

Entrance and exit of the hotel was a problem. No staff on hand at reception or anywhere in the hotel untill the bar opened. The manager feeding sea gulls in the car park and 5 to 6 sea gulls on the roof of my car. Parking was a problem and a tight squeeze.

Only little disappointed that karaoke wasn’t on Saturday night - due to lack of people. But Friday night was awesome, lots of singing!

Great Sunny Weekend Stay with Entertainment

Repeat customer, fast checkin, Bar opens 7pm on Fri-Sun, good deals at the bar, great evening music (& some live or kareokee), great guest & visitors on the dance floor, Great views of the sea from the hotels front outdoor garden, Walking distance to various useful, eating & drinking places, Great room layout & great bed, hot shower, lift to upper floor & friendly staff, While booking, if breakfast option is listed, then its available, otherwise if its not listed, then its not available at that particular booking time.

In need a major update very outdated with carpet and furniture.Water pressure in the shower was very poor.The front door was abit stiff and took some pushing to open so would be hard for an elderly person.

I couldn’t have breakfast!! For 1 there wasn’t an option to opt in to have breakfast & 2 !! I asked the landlord can I have breakfast and he said you didn’t opt in for breakfast so I said there wasn’t an option!!! So I said well can I have breakfast in the morning & he said no we haven’t got enough stock lol !!! How could he not have enough stock for 1 breakfast ? Very strange I thought

For the price it was fair.

We were met by a nice gentleman who explained the lift location,how to work to door entrance and exit as there would be no staff when we got back. There is a phone number should we need help. The owner ran the bar nextdoor but we had no need to bother him.

The shower room is a little run down, it took a long time to get hot water. There is evidence of a leak coming from under the toilet which looks like it had been there a fair time. The shower it's self is very weak.

Great value for money, would book a stay again.

The receptionist was great. Booked me into my room even a bit early before scheduled time. Showed me how get in and out of hotel after hours and even upgraded my single room to a double room. Very affordable and value for money.

No wifi in the room, but this is specified that only communal areas have wifi. Used wifi in the restaurant area and it was fast.

Awful customer service and crap facilities

Rude "welcome" I pulled into the front car park he said, "Is that your car I said yes, I was told 6 cars could fit, and I was the 6th. He then went on how 2 of them are staff cars. Sorry but you should arrange staff parking else where and leave the spaces for paying guests.,, he was rude regarding me parking but sorry I am a paying customer lf 2 nights I have every right to park there. Late to check people In. Arrived before 2 . Was allowed to check in at 2 as oer email and website said. room wasn't ready, and there was zero information on how long to wait. Considering checkout was by 10:30, I was staying the busier 2 days of that weekend, and there are 5 cleaners in the small hotel. I've done cleaning work for hotels, and a room does not take long to sort. That room should have been ready by a minimum of 1 30. The shower was cold and any sort of warm water took 10 minuted to appear and also so small and badly fitted shower head. I had to get out of the shower to wash and apply shampoo and conditioner as the shower head is constantly pointed in your face. You can't even turn it. The toilet constantly runs water, so I heard it all night, and it's loud The comment I got from the rude receptionist when I asked how long it'll be ( this was at ten past 2 ,so already late) his response was, "If you pressure me, it'll be 4 pm." So so rude. The room was stuffy and hot. The bed was so uncomfortable, and I've not got back pain. The shower was cold. Zero hot water and bugs in there. The windows had cobwebs. I'd you clean a room this INCLUDES windows. It's not hard to run a duster over it. I was told there was a lift partially up the hotel but not show where, so I struggled up and down the many stairs with a bad back and my bags On 5 was at the reception, and no one was there.
