The location is fabulous, out of the way of the busy town and the staff are absolutely amazing, they make you feel welcome, they are friendly and always offer help, bit shout out to Steve he went above and beyond and needs a payrise!. The breakfasts were amazing and liked the idea of 8-9 as it got you up in the morning to enjoy the whole day.
The room was very small it wasn't a budget room it was a deluxe double, however the bed let us down, woke up with painful backs every morning due to the matress being so uncomfortable.

Location was brilliant. Cleanliness was excellent and breakfast was excellent
Room was very very small. Kettle too big to fit under the tap so had to be held sideways making it very difficult . Toilet seat broken and not repaired/replaced after being reported. No hooks on doors to hang anything which given how small the room was would have been useful.

Location was super.
We’d booked a room with reviews that had specifically stated it had a balcony . On arrival we were told we had a room without a balcony. We were offered the balcony room with a charge of an extra £20!!! Which we disappointingly paid.
