I only stayed for one night - arriving late and leaving after breakfast. A very warm welcome from the owner and the place was spotlessly clean. Nice single room with a very comfortable bed. Decent cooked breakfast.
There wasn't a lot not to like to be honest. Maybe a sachet or two of shower gel and the coffee at breakfast was a bit basic.

Richmond hotel is in a good location for getting about, clean and comfertable .
The shower was cold water.

Location was super.
We’d booked a room with reviews that had specifically stated it had a balcony . On arrival we were told we had a room without a balcony. We were offered the balcony room with a charge of an extra £20!!! Which we disappointingly paid.
