Great accommodation with the perfect host.

Jayne was a very welcoming host, very friendly and efficient. Clear in what was included in the stay, explained all the facilities and provided little extras as the visit covered Valentine's day and made sure our dog was welcomed. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and provided an off the menu alternative. Location was good, parking available at all times. Handy location for the local pub and a pleasant walk to Sand Bay. Could not have been better.

Jayne was such an amazing host, she would have done anything to help make our stay exceptional. I even had a birthday card and decorations on the morning of my birthday. The house and room was modern and clean.

Close walk to beach and good breakfast at this dog friendly b&b

Location to the beach was a short walk with our dogs It felt newly purpose built so fresh, clean with all facilities Very dog friendly as long as your dog climbs stairs ok Host was really nice, helpful and a good breakfast cook! We ate across the road at the pub so very convenient and dog friendly. Peking right outside was great

Lovely stay on outskirts of Weston

Jayne and her husband are fantastic and thoughtful hosts. The room was immaculately presented and clean. Breakfast was also excellent.

It is a guest house at the end of the day so you can hear the other guests quite easily. No fault of Jayne at all but not easy to get a lie in. Also parking can be a little fiddly but usually ample if other guests park considerately.

Warm, friendly welcome to a beautifully presented property. Rooms were very well proportioned and extremely tastefully decorated. Super comfy bed, and large ensuite. Delicious breakfast the next day with a variety of options. Such attention to deal to everything Jayne is a wonderful host and will highly recommend

The bedroom was spacious, modern and not a spec of dust anywhere. Lovely bathroom, so big. Tastefully decorated. Breakfast was cooked to perfection. Jayne is very welcoming and attentative. Thankyou for a relaxing stay

No tv in bedroom. It's a personal preference. Breakfast served 8am to 9am, quite early for us.

The location was excellent. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat. Local pub straight opposite. Breakfast was fantastic. Everything you could want. Home cooked full English absolutely delicious.

Fabulous

It was such a lovely stay our room was perfect spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with everything you need even a little chocolate left for bed time . Jayne our host was super lovely told us everything we needed to know about the area we were stopping in , she was so helpful and lovely. The breakfast exceeded my expectations all cooked fresh and did not have to be pre ordered. They are dog friendly and Brody was made very welcome. We will definitely be returning and I would most certainly recommend 🐶😊

Best B&B in Weston-super-Mare

Jayne was extremely welcoming and very attentive and had good local knowledge of where to visit and eat in the evening. The bedroom and communal lounge area were both spotlessly clean and all the facilities worked perfectly. Breakfast was lovely and there were plenty of hot and continental options. The area around Crookes House was very quiet and only a 10-minute drive from the centre of Weston so very convenient. All in all, it was a perfect stay with no complaints.

Excellent breakfast. Comfortable guest lounge. Interesting coffee/tee machine in room. Hostess very attentive and friendly.

TV in lounge was excellent but I do like a TV in my own room so I can hide away at the end of the day. Parking can be tricky if spaces occupied by non-guests.

Amazing stay. Everything was super clean, the room was perfect, and bed was so comfortable. Jayne was a fantastic host and breakfast was lovely.

It's slightly trickier to get around without a car, but Ubers are available if ordered ahead of time. Waited over an hour for the bus into town on a Sunday as they kept getting cancelled.

Beautifully decorated and very welcoming and comfortable - nice and clean The host got in touch prior to us arriving, so that she was there to welcome us We were made to feel at home immediately and the host made it clear that she was there if we needed anything The room was lovely with everything you’d expect - I love that there are no TV’s in the rooms because the location is so nice why would you be watching the telly? There are a few pubs and restaurants and a fabulous big beach within 10 minute walk The breakfast was really good with plenty of choice

One of the Great B&Bs

One of the best B&Bs we've ever stayed in. Jayne was the perfect host, knowledgeable about the area and a good sense of humour. We stayed in the Superior King room which was bright and airy and stylishly decorated. The bed was super comfy too. Breakfast was plentiful and freshly cooked. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Jayne!!

Jayne was a lovely host and so easy to talk to. She welcomed us with open arms and made our stay one of the best that I’ve had. She was very friends with our dog and left personalised treats for her which was a really sweet touch. The property was very clean but also had a homely feel so it was a home away from home. Excellent stay.

Jayne made us both feel very welcome , she was an excellent host. The Room we stayed in was lovely , the bed was so cosy and we slept really well . The room was lovely and clean and it had little extras that made it more comfortable, especially the fan in the room which was a great bonus.Breakfast was delicious will definitely stay again next time were visiting family. We will definitely recomend to our friends /others. 🥰

Friendly owner, clean and nice rooms, exactly what I needed

I loved my room. The bed was big and fluffy. I was in need for comfy time on my own and found exactly that. I went for a nice 10 min walk to the beach and had a nice dinner at Rock Salt (salt pepper calamari!)

I would have loved some nice rolls/pastries/bakery stuff for breakfast. Am not a fun of toast myself. Some plain (Greek) yoghurt would also have been nice, with some honey and walnuts.

Very clean, really nice personal touches throughout, tea/coffee in closed “jars” rather than sachet, water with fruit squash, tiny but useful fridge with fresh milk, host Jayne excellent, breakfast cooked to order and superb with sauces in dishes (not sachets), standing in room fan, onsite parking,

No TV in the room and we only come to know from other reviews even though there is a TV in the communal lounge/dining room, minor observation is that you have to walk through the “dining” room to entry and exit

Brilliant stay in a lovely, clean B&B and Jayne is such a welcoming host - thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful breakfast and Jayne was so friendly and welcoming. Lots of fabulous little touches in the room (the mini fridge and milk, the squashes etc) with the decor and a real attention to detail. Incredibly clean too.

In fairness we were in the smaller room so the bathroom sink and toilet were a little close. Not a problem for us but would be if you had mobility difficulties (though I imagine Jayne would accommodate that if you let her know in advance)

It was very clean throughout and our dogs were made very welcome. The breakfast was exceptional and the service was excellent, very friendly host

The fan in the room was not adequate for really hot weather. Not keen on the communal lounge instead of a TV in the room. Not enough room to comfortably get into bed from either side of the bed.
