Host Jane was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable and adapted to requirements. Breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared when ordered. The room had ample space and the additional bonus of a ceiling fan which was essential in the hot spell. Water and milk in the room changed daily and a mini-fridge to keep it fresh.
Location would not suit all as limited eating options within walking distance however the bus service was efficient and convenient and driving by car was only 5 mins to Weston with multiple choices.

Beautiful clean, lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was poor and poached egg served on very burnt toast. Parking could be a problem. But the accommodation bedroom and shower was perfect bit over priced
