The location was very convenient to visit the beach areas. There was parking available at the property. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated with en-suite bathroom and comfortable bed. There was a good choice of breakfast and it was delicious. Overall we were very happy however the heatwave made the room a little uncomfortable
The fan was not very powerful to cool the room down enough

Very easy to find near Sand Bay. An easy drive into WSM. Jayne was an excellent host.

Beautiful clean, lovely comfortable bed. Breakfast was poor and poached egg served on very burnt toast. Parking could be a problem. But the accommodation bedroom and shower was perfect bit over priced
