Excellent hosts, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was suoerb and lots of choice, fresh strawberries, yoghurt cereals, smoked salmon with scrambled eggs and a full English
The room was small but I did book a single and got a single. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and was asked everyday if I needed it topping up. The towels were a bit frayed but same again only had to ask

Host was fantastic. She was very energetic and nothing was to much trouble for her. The location was great because it is 5 minutes walk to the sea front.
Parking was on the street but there were a lot of single yellows and you had to search for a place to park near the property
