Great Location, nice B&B

Location of this B&B was perfect, few mins walk to beach and a good field for walks. Its a traditional B&B and I was able to take my two small dogs so perfect. Some helpful information from landlady on where to eat with the dogs which was perfect.

It was a little tired but I got what I paid for. No complaints really

Such a fun week , great people made everything worth the trip.

The breakfast was amazing, fresh coffee each morning , full English served with a smile , truly feel like I made some friends for life on my visit , I will return soon.

As far as my stay , I wouldn't change a thing except maybe staying a little longer .

Friendly establishment but in need of a spring clean

Owners were friendly and really accommodating around my need to have an earlier breakfast. Scrambled eggs were cooked really well. It was quiet at night and I slept well.

The house was cluttered, dusty, and the hallway and stairs smelled bad (like there were dogs/animals in property) and carpets needed cleaning as this smell was deep-seated and unpleasant. My mattress was slightly lumpy and uncomfortable, but didn't stop me sleeping; probably needs changing. The fan on the ceiling looked like it hadn't been dusted/cleaned for many years.

Nice stay with pleasant hosts in a convenient location.

The hosts were very friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. Our room (room 1) was quite large so we didn’t feel cramped not feel cramped. The bed was also a king or super king size. The choice of cooked options at breakfast was very nice.

There was no heating in the toilet/bathroom, which was also quite a small room. Finding a reasonably close on street parking spot was difficult. I could imagine in the height of summer this would be even worse.

Fine if all you want is a bed for the night.

The B&B was conveniently situated close to the centre of town without being TOO close.

The property was very dated and my room was not very clean. There were hairs in the bathroom and the fixtures in the bathroom were covered in mould/old soap. The tea cup in the room was also dirty. There were train timetables from 15 years ago in one of the drawers so the rooms generally don’t get much of a clean/ refurb.

Friendly host. Very clean. Excellent breakfast - lots of choices and cooked perfectly. Really good location, free on street parking and within easy walking distance to the beach, shops and amenities.

Great B&B near Weston seafront with a comfy bed and good breakfast.

The room was a good size for one person, with a comfy bed. The breakfast was great with cereal, toast, yogurts and fruit available while the hot food was cooked. Nice and close to the sea front.

Very obliging landlady, and little extras in the rooms you wouldn’t normally expect. Breakfast was also good.

When coming back to the B&B on the Thursday evening. The outside light does not work. So difficult to put key into outside door to gain access to the property.For safety an outside light needs to work please. The flush to room 2 A was temperamental not fully flushing at times.

Exceptional place to stay

It is a beautiful place. I took my dog, and we were made to feel so welcome. It was exceptionally clean. Such good value for money with breakfast included and all the home comforts were thought off.

The breakfast was very good, freshly made and a good helping, also catered very well for any dietary needs, very happy 😊

Bank Holiday weekend

A lovely guest house with very friendly hosts. A lovely big room, with comfortable bed, teas,, coffee, biscuits, even a sewing kit, everything you need home from home. Breakfast was plentiful, and cooked to order, with cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Bernadette was a lovely host as was John on arrival, showing us to our room. A ten minute walk to the seafront with all amenities there. Also a dog friendly guest house and would definitely recommend and return. In a residential area, but also a good night's sleep and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Parking was just around the corner.

Super B&B, highly recommended.

Bernadette and John were very welcoming. The single bed was comfortable, and a selection of hot drinks and water provided. The cooked Full English breakfast was beautifully served, on a hot plate and homemade muesli was tasty. They are keeping the Guesthouse tradition alive. They welcome you in, no keypad number to faf about with and show you around your room, and personalize your dietary needs.

Bernadette had moved their own car out of their disabled parking spot for my arrival as I had communicated with them about parking beforehand ( that's how accommodating and kind they are), only to find somebody else parked in it (without a badge) just as I turned up. (The other side of human nature).

WiFi was hit and miss and TV didn’t have internet or iplayer etc but these are only minor complaints.

It is one of the best b&bs I have stayed in. They was nice enough to carry my very heavy suitcase up and to make sure that they could meet my dietary needs. They was friendly polite and so helpful in getting me a taxi.
