Enjoyed everything

I was very pleased with the hotel and staff . The properly was undergoing refurbishment, but that did not affect us at all. The staff went out of their way to help us. Would definitely go again

The location is excellent. The staff were very pleasant.

The view from the room was not as good as the one that i had in previous stays at the hotel. The room could have been a bit cleaner. The hotel as a whole seems rather tired and needs some upgrading and modernising.

Had a fab time with family unfortunately booked the sandringham.

Thank god for the lift, was on 4 th floor, was £109 didn’t include breakfast. Parked in shopping centre car park so extra £12 single bed room .tired and very dated hotel Tiny room and showeroom. Premier inn is much better value for money. Perfect view . Staff helpful but won’t return.

Rooms need updating. Include breakfast as room price was high.

I wouldn’t stay there again

Location. Right by the beach and the pier

Very run down and dated. The bed was lumpy, the extractor in the en-suite didn’t work, staff were smoking and coughing outside the window. 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked had blocked toilets. The area behind the receptionists was messy and gave a bad first impression which didn’t improve.

Location was great for where we needed to be. Booked way in advance for an event that was on to secure accommodation. Room was adequate for what we needed it for. Reception staff were friendly upon check-in.

Didn't come across anything we weren't particularly happy with. We didn't use any other facilities such as bar/dining as wd didn't need to.

Steps to bar, narrow corridors, Warren style navigation to get to room with multiple fire doors to get through with a wheelchair, no disabled toilet, receptionist was rude.

Location - perfect for car park and beach. Great singer - evening entertainment. Great bar staff.

Not the most friendly welcome we’ve ever received when we arrived! Found the lady who checked us in quite abrupt. We weren’t given any information about where anything was, what to do if we wanted to eat there etc. Room was uncomfortably hot. Incredibly small room for three people. Walls had lots of marks on - handprints even!

Disapointing Stay

Location is good situated by shoping centre and pier

Rooms were poor, worn out carpets in room 113 the mattress you could feel all the springs sticking in your back, laminate peeling on sides of bedside cabinets, filthy carpet in stairwell...bar staff are not as people friendly as under previous owners...over all was a very disapointing stay for the £147 per night.

Would never go back

It was in the location we wanted after a friends wedding

Awful room, very minimal. Old fashioned- thread bear carpets in bedroom and dirty hall carpets Cheap metal uncomfortable bed. Only toiletries supplied was a nasty small bar of soap. We were charged £164.00 for this room - I would have rather got a private taxi home . Could not wait to get out of there.

Disappointing, not one for me.

Location was superb

Threadbare carpet between the bed and the window, edges lifting on the bedside tables, shower doors did not meet, mattress showing its age (and almost its springs), hotel felt tired. Staff wouldn't allow me to book breakfast as the hotel was 'full and they couldn't manage any other guests for breakfast'!

Western super mare

The location was fantastic no parking but the muti story car park behind was great and only 12pounds for over night 24 hours

Won’t be returning

The location of the facility was fantastic

When we arrived my 12 year old asked at reception if there was a disabled entrance and was told no. A passing member of the public then showed us the step free access. The entertainment that was on was crazily loud until 11pm. I went and asked reception what time it finished and was told yes this guy is extremely loud, surely you would ask him to turn his speakers down 🤷🏻‍♀️. I was also informed that i wasn’t allowed to leave my scooter battery in the building. I said how am I supposed to remove it from the building when I need my scooter to mobilise anywhere. The lady just shrugged her shoulder and said battery’s cant stay in the hotel over night. I’ve never ever had that issue anywhere.

New owners. Lounge has been changed into coffee bar. Pre order breakfast instead of buffet which it used to be. Waited ages for food. Beds rubbish, rooms far too hot. No decent coffee.
