Excellent value for money and very comfortable stay

Very comfortable and large room - was like home from home - very welcoming and helpful hosts - lovely big breakfast and great value for money - thoroughly would recommend

Only downside was the walk up the hill - didn’t bother me but worth being aware of for anyone who has mobility issues

What a lovely place , beautifully decorated , comfortable beds, stunning view from my room . Little extras like sweet treats and snacks in the room . Very welcoming hostess on arrival .

Highly Recommend.

The whole experience was amazing. We were running late to check in due to traffic and the owner, Francesca, came back especially to check us in. The room was spectacular and it was clear that lots of hard work goes into the decorating and maintenance. As there is no breakfast served, we arrived to a table of continental breakfasts in our room, along with a fruit platter and a cheese platter. In the Reception area is an 'Honesty Bar' with an ice machine so you could help yourself - a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this place!

Convenient location within easy walking distance of the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and were happy to help with any questions. And the breakfast was superb.

Great accommodation, perfect location and delicious breakfast

We booked two rooms, both were tastefully decorated, spacious, very clean and cosy. One of the rooms had fantastic views across the sea. The location was perfect and had a free private car park with ample parking spaces. The breakfast was delicious and all cooked fresh. The manager was really friendly, we will definitely return to this accommodation.

Great weekend, very pleasant stay

Located close to the sea front and town centre made it easy to get arround the town, Accomodation was very comfortable and clearly a lot of thought had gone into both the layout and fixtures and fittings.

Parking in the area is very tight (as seems to be the case in Weston Super Mare) Fortunately Timbertop Suites has a car park which we could use.

Grand 24 hour stopover.

Very friendly and informative welcome. Smart clean apartment with lovely giraffe theme. Superb full English breakfast served by a friendly lady. Free car parking which we were allowed to use until ready to leave Weston. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Best Hotel ever!

Absolutely loved our stay. . Even though we were 3 hours early we were warmly greeted by a lovely young man and his mum, who told us a bit about the local area and gave us a few recommendations. We were allowed to leave our bag, which was kindly taken to our room by a lovely lady who was cleaning. She was great. She never stopped working! The whole place was spotlessly clean and decorated to very high standard. Our room was amazing. Nice and cosy and quite quirky with a beautiful view. Could see the sea and the pier. We even saw a fox wandering around outside! Delicious breakfast ( served by the very busy lady). The place had a very family feel to it. We will definitely stay there again. Probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in....and I've stayed in many!

Great stay at timbertops guest house.

We stayed in the suite, which had a lovely private terrace attached to the room. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and decorated, with all the necessary facilities. Located was great as it was only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, bars, shops and restaurants. Staff were lovely and friendly, they were very accommodating and the breakfast was tasty, with a good choice. It had a bar and seating area which was nice and cozy, and the restaurant area was nicely set up and decorated. We would definitely return and stay at the guest house again.

Nice to have tea and coffee facilities and a fan to use in the hot weather. Especially like the fact that there was a car park. Compliments to the chef for breakfast it was excellent.

A bath mat would have made me feel safer whilst taking a shower, but didn’t get round to asking for one.

This is a fantastic boutique style apartment/hotel. The fixtures, fittings and decor are of a very high standard as are the finishing touches which have clearly been done by someone who has an eye for it. The breakfast is super; plenty of choice presented beautifully in a lovely setting by cheerful and helpful staff. Conveniently the hotel has its own car park. Due to a mistake on our part the room we booked was not the one we expected but the staff insisted on remedying our mistake - brilliant service. Incidentally, we highly recommend the Superior Sea View White Suite - spacious with spectacular views of the coast. If in the area wouldn't bother to look elsewhere - would definitely book again.

The hotel is at the top of a few steep hills but they are mercifully short so with a pause for breath even a couple of late 70 year olds like us didn't find them a disincentive to walk to the sea front.

Clean, lovely host, everything was catered for. Great idea to have a kitchen facility available.

Only issue was pressure in shower. 2nd morning it was very low and the flow almost pulsated and took longer.

There was plenty of parking and our room had a lovely view of Weston Super-mare beach & pier. The room was spacious, clean and felt like home. Breakfast was one of the best I've ever had on my travels.

The only very minor thing I'd mention is the bathroom could've had a few hooks to hang towels on.
