Good location, neat to the train station, Tesco, other shops and seafront. Bed was good and given the extreme heat, the room fan was invaluable.
Not a big fan of entering a code to enter the building and room. No issues with security but bit conscious of it when entering off quite a busy area. Seemed to be on a busy route with cars going round the block.

Sam the owner was an excellent host: met us at the hotel, gave us his phone number and definitely 'went the extra mile' for us. Plenty of tea, coffee and milk and a fridge in the communal area. Room was large with a dining table and chairs as well. Room was clean, bathroom had everything we needed. Shower worked well. Good location - 5 minutes from the town and beach. Very good value for money.
