Perfect location , lovely room (big and spacious although we felt a king size bed would have been better give the room) . Great breakfast as well. Free parking

We are a group of cyclists. 16 bicycles were stored safely overnight in the basement. We could all breakfast at the same time. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very comfortable and on the sea front close to the pier and many eateries.

The location
The fact that there was alot of dog poo all around the the grounds. Obviously not enough attention taken to outside areas. Glasses left on outside tables all weekend. The actual dog poo bin overflowing. Must say last time we stayed it was excellent
