The kind woman at the desk checked in on me throughout my stay, She also gave me a thorough walk around of the hotel to go over the doors and parking. The hotel board said no vacancy, but the room was very quiet. I appreciated the parking lot. I like to park on site. I also enjoyed that the windows opened for some freshness.
The hotel is right around the corner from The Bear pub which was a proper place to watch some football.
Lewinsdale is in a great location to walk to the Front room theater, or the length of the beach walk, or the town center, restaurants, the library, and parks. It was close to everything without being in the bustle and crowd.

Lovely staff, clean, tidy rooms within walking distance of the town with some off road parking which is rare. Beds were comfortable and good value for money overall.
Rooms were a bit cold with no ability to independently set temperature. When toilets used elsewhere in the building, the plumbing was quite noisy, but nothing that would stop me staying again.

Location was perfect 👌🏼 close to the town centre but away from the noise. Beach is only a few minutes walk. Never used it but there's a bus that goes pass. Staff is very helpful, even helped us with a misshap past midnight. Asked them to charge us at whatever the price but they declined.
The shower didn't have any pressure. Probably due to the leakage. Walls are very thin, can hear next door coughing 🙈

No sign of anyone at reception. Nose coming from room late at night and no staff to assist.
Very basic no carpet’s in room just Lino. Breakfast should be included for price.
