The location was ideal. Close to the beach, the pier and an approx. 10 minute walk to the town centre and the beach front bars and restaurants. Quiet surroundings too so we will definitely book again.
The only thing we didn't like , as the room was quite small, was the heating in the room couldn't be turned off by us so it was on for most of the weekend of our stay and we were lucky enough to have good weather so we found it too hot in the room, but we did find an electric fan in the wardrobe so we did use that during our stay.

Sam was very friendly and welcoming. The room was really big, the bed comfy and the room clean. If my comment below didn't happen and the shower gets fixed it'd recommend but I was disappointed. I am hoping I was just unlucky.
The thermostat on my shower didn't work. It was stuck on absolutely boiling. I did phone the number supplied and Sam and his dad came to look after about 30mins. They said they'd get a plumber in but it was too late as I'd had to have a sink wash.
