Es un alojamiento típico de las casas de pescadores propio de los años 60-70, es peculiar y diferente.

En general, todo muy bien. Bien ubicado para viajar a Valencia sin las aglomeraciones (ni precios) del centro. A 12min de El Palmar, con muchas opciones de restauración de calidad. En cuanto a la casa, muy ampli, frigorífico que enfría muy bien. Pequeño percance con la caldera que el anfitrión resolvió en pocos minutos.
Dentro de la buena ubicación en Valencia, en cuanto a El Perellonet, está situado a escasos 3 metros del Casal fallero... así que no pudimos pegar ojo... No es problema de la casa que hayamos viajado en pre-fallas, claro, pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta para estas fechas. Las almohadas estaban un poco duras para nuestro gusto, pero eso es muy subjetivo, por lo que no es una queja. Además, no le dijimos nada al anfitrión quien, seguro, nos habría dado alguna alternativa.

The house is ok. Spacious and clean rooms, terrace for dining and relaxation, sea view. There were no problems leaving; our warranty was returnedwithout any discussion.
It does not have air conditioning. We were there in July and it was terribly hot. In front of the house smells very hard on the canal. Every day the dogs made their needs and was not washed until late at night.
We enjoyed a free intrnet only 3 days out of 7, although while booking we wrote that we have wi-fi internet in all rooms. We had to access the Internet with roaming costs on our own.
