Quiet and peaceful

A very nice house for a quiet family getaway. If you want peace and quiet, away from people then this is the perfect place. The sea is very close and there were literally no people at the beach. The bus stop to the city centre is also very close.

Not many places to walk around and not much to see. It didn't bother us since our kids only wanted the sea, but if you want to see something then you have to go to the city centre (aprox 30min away by bus).

Perfect for our 2 night need

We stayed 2 night in April and everything was OK. Apartment was clean and and we had everything we needed.

There was a small issue with the heating system but the owner came and fixed it.

A nice house, with a wonderful roof terrace.

Location was excellent for us, using the El Saler Golf Club and beaches. The house is situated in a small town, where not much happens. Had some nice local restaurants and the town was basically free from tourism. We had a great week. The house has good standard and was huge for the three of us, but what's really worth mentioning is the roof terrace with fully equipped kitchen. Watching the sunset, enjoying a good meal in the evening's breeze was perfect. Would be happy to stay there again!

Would have preferred to have air condition. However, the house was not overly warm and electrical fans were available in every bedroom and in the living room. So all in all we're happy!

Pleasant

The house is ok. Spacious and clean rooms, terrace for dining and relaxation, sea view. There were no problems leaving; our warranty was returnedwithout any discussion.

It does not have air conditioning. We were there in July and it was terribly hot. In front of the house smells very hard on the canal. Every day the dogs made their needs and was not washed until late at night. We enjoyed a free intrnet only 3 days out of 7, although while booking we wrote that we have wi-fi internet in all rooms. We had to access the Internet with roaming costs on our own.

Ni volvería ni lo recomendaría

La casa es amplia. Las habitaciones son relativamente espaciosas y los dos baños son amplios también (aunque los baños podrían estar más cuidados). La cocina está equipada con platos y vasos de sobra y también cubertería. Hay sartenes. Eso si, tuvimos que limpiar todo antes de usarlo porque tenían restos de haber sido usados sin limpiar. La casa está a unos 5 minutos de la playa y eso es perfecto.

En las escaleras había telarañas. Habitaciones: Las camas tienen unas fundas de plástico que cada vez que te mueves suenan, además de que no transpiran y dan bastante calor. Las almohadas además de no ser cómodas estaban sucias algunas y no las usamos porque nos daba repelús. Las mantas que pusieron (que no hacían falta porque es Junio) eran antiquisimas con pinta de tener polvo y tenían manchas. Pedí antes de ir una cuna para el bebé que no pusieron aunque me dijeron que sin problema la pondrían. No hay aire acondicionado, y, aunque hay mosquiteras para poder abrir la ventana algunas estaban rotas, y otras asquerosas. No hay lavavajillas, lo cual, es algo engorroso cuando ocupas la casa con 8 personas. La cocina... la que hay abajo tenía un pase, pero la que hay arriba en la terraza, está en un cuarto (no es abierta) estaba lleno de grasa el extractor de humos había huecos con muchísima suciedad, pero lo peor fue, después de cenar, que fuimos a limpiar la vajilla, ¡¡¡aparecieron 5 cucarachas!!! puedo entender que es un sitio cercano a los campos y que aparezca una en la terraza, pero 5 en la cocina... claramente no habían ido a limpiar antes esta casa. Para poder utilizar la terraza tuvimos que limpiar todas las sillas ya que estaban sucias. Esto claramente me indigna ya que al reservar, se nos hizo pagar 95 euros de suplemento de limpieza, limpieza que tuve que hacer yo al entrar y ni siquiera había estropajos que tuve que ir a comprar yo. Por otra parte, se nos hizo pagar una fianza, que no veo correcto que se haga por fuera de la plataforma de reserva ya que no da ningún tipo de seguridad. Finalmente, aunque esto no es culpa del propietario, la casa está al lado de unos campos, que tienen gallos y gallinas, bueno pues a las 4 de la mañana los gallos empiezan a cantar y ya no se puede dormir. Los vecinos, muy agradables, pero su perro dejaba sus deposiciones en la puerta de la casa y ahí se pegaban horas. Si vas con niños esto es algo que no resulta salubre.

Trato decepcionante

La ubicación, estaba cerca de la Albufera .

El casero que llegó a recibirnos el día de nuestra llegada , nos exigió un Bizum de 250 euros fuera de la plataforma de Booking como reserva . En ese momento ,no nos informó de que no podíamos usar la calefacción por el alto precio del consumo de Gasoil . Durante nuestra estancia encendimos la calefacción porque la casa estaba fría . Hoy al entregar las llaves y revisar la casa , ha sido muy grosero , con malos modales y nos ha dicho : “ a tomar por culo ahora hay que arreglar la caldera y limpiar el hollín que suelta la caldera de la terraza” Intentó cobrarnos un extra por el uso de la calefacción, no siendo especificado en ningún lugar, que no puediera utilizarse. En cuanto a la limpieza el horno estaba sucio y el baño de arriba también . Nunca nos había pasado nada así. 😞 El dueño alega tener una nota muy buena en booking de 2018. Han pasado 4 años y las cosas claramente han cambiado con este alojamiento.
