Comfortable & convenient stay in a great location, slightly matted by small cockroaches

The apartment is in an excellent location - close to everything and easy to reach by metro from the airport. The unit itself is comfortable, well-equipped, and modern, with convenient electronic door locks that make check-in and access straightforward. The bed is comfortable, but a little too narrow for two adults, though we managed fine.

The only issue we encountered was small cockroaches coming out of the shower drain. It wasn't a major infestation, but it did detract from an otherwise pleasant stay.

A fairly good place to stay

It had a great location, was large enough, and had all we needed. Very comfy.

It's on the first floor, and people from the other rooms would see us, if we opened the window. I like sleeping with the window open, that was not possible this time.

Nice

Nicely equipped appartment, everything was working, The metro and the tram station only 6-7 min walk. The appt. is groundfloor, one within a bunch of 6-7 similar converted groundfloor appartments. Because of the brick structure and the curtains one cannot see from the street inside the flat. AC is essential in the summer in Valencia. The contract was on-line, the management as well; we were given two codes via booking message to get in.

A late check-out was not possible, which was not the fault of the manager, we were just simly unlucky.

Great apartment, nice location, really good for longer stay

Really nice, spacious and newly renovated apartment. We had two bedrooms, one with double bed (a bit small) and one with nice single bed. The kitchen had everything you needed and there was a sofa and big TV with Netflix (you have to use your own account). Bathroom was good. The neighbor is nice and felt really safe. There are multiple supermarkets 5-10 minutes walk away. Also at least two laundry places. To the historic center around 20 minutes walk. Bus stop next to apartment, 5 minutes walk away metro and tram. You have a private host, so if you have anything you need, you can always send a WhatsApp message to them. Really good apartment!

There were no bedside lamps, the sofa was a bit uncomfortable, there is no washing machine and the apartment is in the ground floor, so if you like to open your windows you can hear some noise. No cleaning for 8 days, but we didn’t even ask so they might have a cleaning service. They did change our towels. But these are minor things, the apartment was nice.

Perfecto apartamento para conocer Valencia

Me encantó todo, nos sentimos como en nuestra casa🥰, es un apartamento cómodo, igual a las fotos, está cerca del metro y del bus. Además, está muy cerca de lugares para comer y del Mercadona. Caminando 20 minutos se llega al centro y en tram en 15 minutos se llega a la playa, de verdad está muy bien ubicado. Lo otro que me gustó, fue la disponibilidad y comunicación con la administración, siempre pendientes de responder oportunamente a todas nuestras inquietudes y solicitudes. De verdad es un lugar al que volvería muchas veces.

Super appartement pour visiter Valencia

Cet appartement est bien situé, quartier calme, proche d'une station de métro et tram (Benimaclet), d'un supermarché pour faire les courses (Mercado callé Alboraia), boulangerie à proximité et proche d'un beau jardin à traverser pour aller en centre ville. D'un bon confort, très propre et une literie parfaite (draps et serviettes de toilette fournis). La cuisine est bien équipée avec machine à café et grille-pain. Entrées sécurisées avec codes. Contact sympathique via wathsapp avec le service de réservations. Je recommande cet hébergement sans problème.

Struttura moderna, posizionata a 20/25’ a piedi dal centro, dotata di ogni comfort.

Purtroppo peccano sulla pulizia, corridoio pieno di polvere , stanza credo neanche lavata al nostro arrivo. Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con il lavandino del bagno che non scaricava l’acqua, sono passati a metterlo apposto ma non hanno risolto il problema. In più come già segnalato da qualcuno, sarebbe carino lasciare sapone dei piatti (non solo un campioncino) e magari qualche bustina di sale, pepe, olio e zucchero monouso.

Perfetto

Posizione comoda per gli spostamenti con tram, metro e bus nelle vicinanze. Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario. Molto gradito il set con fette biscottate, marmellata, capsule caffè e simpatico il kit per la cucina. È presente asse da stiro con ferro ed un piccolo stendibiancheria nonché l' asciugacapelli. Noi eravamo in due ma il nostro appartamento aveva due letti alla francese quindi abbiamo usufruito di entrambi 😁. Doccia grande e comoda. Check in online e facile l' accesso all' appartamento che si trova in una zona residenziale con nei pressi un Mercadona ed altri negozi.

La ubicación estaba bien, 20 minutos hasta la plaza de la virgen. Un detalle que te dejen un kit con básicos (sal, azúcar, un sobre de aceite, cápsulas de cafe…)

W ogólności polecamy ale jest kilka rzeczy, które można łatwo poprawić żeby było lepiej.

Wszechstronność obiektu w przystępnej cenie. Wyposażenie kuchni, łóżko, kanapa. Apartament niedawno po remoncie. Minimalistyczny i schludny.

W mydle w łazience było więcej wody niż mydła. Wieszaki w łazience nie były nawet powieszone na ścianie - były schowane w szafce pod zlewem. Na tydzień pobytu otrzymaliśmy zaledwie 2 rolki papieru toaletowego (a sam apartament nie jest sprzątany w trakcie pobytu, co jest zrozumiałe). Niestety w mieszkaniu były karaluchy (w łazience). Nie zostaliśmy o tym wcześniej poinformowani. Na zgłoszenie tego obsłudze obiektu, obsługa nawet nie zareagowała. Znalezienie parkingu w tej lokalizacji graniczy z cudem. Byliśmy z małym dzieckiem i potrzebowaliśmy samochodu ale bardzo żałujemy takiego połączenia. W tej lokalizacji lepiej zrezygnować z wynajmu auta.

Ampio appartamento, abbastanza comodo, un po' troppo su strada e lontano dal centro.

La colazione non era disponibile ma c'era la macchinetta per il caffè espresso, il tostapane, il microonde e un fornello a induzione. Occorre fermarsi al supermercato per poter fare colazione nell'appartamento. Letto comodo, ampi spazi e mobili moderni, a parte il divano. Il quartiere è un po' troppo residenziale e un po' lontano dal centro (1,4 km),

La televisione non era in camera. Il divano era un po' sporco e anche un po' sfondato, non proprio comodo. Bagno senza finestra, con rumore inquietante dal soffitto. La colazione non

Excellent séjour

Appartement clair (n°5) donnant sur la rue, spacieux, lit très confortable, grande douche. Proche du métro (Benimaclet), des bus et des commerces. A 30 mn à pied de la vieille ville.

Manque d’ustensiles et de plats, odeur désagréable par moment, quelques cafards, le bruit de la rue et des passants (manque d’insonorisation). Pas de lampes de chevet dommage car le spot éblouit pas mal !! Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un très bon séjour

Bien mais manque d éléments dans le logement pour meilleur confort

La literie et la propreté des lieux car habitat neuf

Ce ne sont que des détails mais l’on sent que se sont des logements pour vraiment faire du profit,il y a vraiment le strict minimum il manque des lampes de chevet car lire le soir avec le plafonnier comme à l’hôpital ce n’est pas top . Il manque aussi dans la salle de bain des patères afin de suspendre sa serviette de toilette ou son habit de nuit , pour l’instant on le met parterre . Aucune chambre ou espace de nuit n’est équipés d’un miroir , seulement un dans la salle de bain .

Il pavimento non era proprio ben spazzato, ma nulla di che (c’erano scopa, paletta e straccio). Pensavamo di trovare un po’ di olio o di sale (in Italia si usa così solitamente) per preparare qualcosa al nostro arrivo.

Rein praktisch, nicht komfortabel.

Die Lage ist gut und liegt zentrumsnah. Mit dem Fahrrad ist das Zentrum gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet.

Da die Wohnung im Parterre und zur Strasse liegt, kann kein Fester in der Nacht geöffnet werden. Die Klimaanlage ist dann zu kühl und zu laut. Die Wohnung ist ein Schlauch und am Bett sehr eng. Das Bett ist auch sehr schmal und es gibt nur eine Zudecke. Der Warmwasserstrajl in der Dusche ist zu schwach.

La struttura (appartamento n.9 su 10 disponibili) ha 2 camere da letto, è ben equipaggiato con stoviglie e utilensili da cucina, ha il bagno completo di tutto con una doccia spaziosa, ha l'aria condizionata presente in ogni stanza e, se piace, puó emettere aria veramente molto fresca in pochissimi istanti. In zona si trovano fermate di autobus (pochi metri fuori dalla porta), tramvia e metro. Se si è muniti di mezzo (noi avevamo noleggiato uno scooter) è perfett perche in pochi minuti sei ovunque, spiagge incluse. Nell'edificio, a uso libero, ci sono lavatrice e asciugatrice pronte all'uso. Assistenza per qualsiasi necessità ottima!

Parliamo veramente di piccolezze, ma il bagno non è finestrato e, in generale, l'appartamento, essendo un piano terra, non ua uno spazio esterno (balcone o simile). però stiamonparlando veramente del nulla, il posto è ottimo e riprenoterei domani se potessi.

Gute Ausstattung. Es hat einen Kühlschrank, ein Gefrierfach, einen Herd, einen Tisch mit Stühlen, eine Mikrowelle, Pfannen und Geschirr. Vor dem Gebäude kann man mit dem Auto Parkieren. Sehr einfaches Check-in mit einem Zahlencode.

Das Bett war SEHR klein. Höchstens 1.40m breit. Es war wirklich sehr sehr eng im Bett! Mein Mann und ich hatten nicht viel Platz in diesem kleinen Bett. Das Gebäude sieht von Aussen nicht schön aus. Von innen war es aber schön. Die Gegend ist ein bisschen Ausserhalb. Mit der U-Bahn ca 20min vom Zentrum. Das Shampoo in der Dusche war leider leer.

O alojamento não disponibilizou (mesmo requerendo) mais do que uma toalha por pessoa, nem havia toalha para as mãos na casa de banho. Tivemos de usar uma toalha única para todas as funcionalidades. Foi apenas disponibilizado um pequeno frasco de detergente líquido da loiça, que não durou 2 dias, assim como apenas deixaram 2 rolos de papel higiénico para 7 dias.

Nada para destacar en un sitio donde no se pueda descansar

Imposible descansar. El apartamento tiene dos aires acondicionados, cada aparato tiene instalado una bomba para drenar el agua que se condensa y este equipo cada 3 minutos se prende haciendo bastante ruido. Justo cuando llegamos a descansar en la noche no podíamos dormir por el ruido que esto generaba. Los empleados no hicieron absolutamente nada ante nuestra queja, ni siquiera verificaron el ruido. Adicional, las camas que ofrecen para dos personas son muy pequeñas. La experiencia mas amarga que tuvimos durante nuestro viaje

La ubicación. Limpieza. Faltó aclarar la disponibilidad y funcionamiento de algunas prestaciones, como la zon de laundry, e instrucciones, y el uso de la cocina eléctrica. El Apartamento que nos asignaron, estaba junto a la puerta de ingreso/egreso, con lo cual muchas veces se sentía el ruido provocado por los huéspedes, que en algún caso, no respetan las horas tardías para ser silenciosos, claro que esto no depende del alojamiento; aunque sugerí que hicieran hincapié en cada huésped que se aloja allí.

El apartamento ubicado muy cerca de la puerta de ingreso/egreso. Mucho ruido en algunos momentos tardíos, provocado por los huéspedes.

Ik heb 6 dagen in het apartement geleefd, helemaal prima!

Het is een groot appartement, netjes, schoon en goed uitgerust. Mijn appartement op de begane grond was geschikt voor iemand in een rolstoel. Het appartement heeft ramen maar achter een muur met openingen naar de straat. Dat lijkt eerst wat vreemd maar is ook wel veilig en beschut terwijl er genoeg licht doorkomt. Het appartement is goed bereikbaar (buslijn 98 en metro (vlakbij bij Bataclan) en tram 5 en 6 (ook vlakbij).

El apartamento es bastante completo y bastante nuevo. Camas y almohadas cómodas y grandes. Además era bastante grande. El acceso es bastante sencillo.

Todos los aires goteaban, la habitación se me encharcó de agua. En el salón había un cubo de fregona debajo del aire lleno de agua por lo mismo, goteaba bastante y era molesto.
