"No keys needed! Great not having to worry about looking after a key/ card when out & about. Beds were firm but still soft enough and very comfortable. AC was great and quiet enough to sleep with it o..."

It was clean, good aircon and exactly what it looks like
They charge extra for clean towels when you’re staying there for 5 days . Just wasn’t enough towels

Very clean, good location close to metro, tram and bus and walkable to the historic centre. Very good Wi-Fi. Kitchen area had everything you would need, though we did not cook. Appreciated having air-conditioning. Good shower.
Air-conditioning made a loud buzz periodically. TV didn't work as the remote control skipped two selections at a time so was impossible to operate
