La struttura si trova nel quartiere residenziale di Benimaclet, vivace e ricco di locali e servizi, con la metro a 5 minuti dall'appartamento raggiungete il centro in 10minuti. A piedi, a seconda di dove andate, ci vogliono dai 20 minuti in su per raggiungere le attrazioni principali. Gli appartamenti sono al piano terra davanti strada passante, per la privacy non il massimo, protetti da grata in mattoni e doppia tenda. Dotato di tutto a parte la lavastoviglie. Nel nostro appartamento la camera da letto era separata e almeno non devi dormire in cucina. La comunicazione con lo staff è stata sempre molto veloce e cortese. Nulla di cui lamentarsi. C'è il self check in e abbiamo potuto entrare nell'appartamento qualche ora prima del previsto.
C'era la macchinetta del caffè con cialde, ma nessuna tazzina o mini bicchiere in cui berlo! Quindi inutilizzabile! Da aggiungere qualche tovagliolo. Forse gradita almeno una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo all'arrivo. Costa poco . Noi ne abbiamo lasciate 2 nuove dentro al frigo per chi arriva dopo. In bagno sentirete continuamente grossi botti e rumori dovuti agli sciacquoni e le docce di tutto il palazzo di 6 piani! Continuamente. Per fortuna in camera da letto non si sentiva tanto.

It only took us approximately a 20-minute walk to arrive at the city centre. The host didn't take very long to reply to our messages and he even provided us with more towels when I told him that the ones provided weren't sufficient for the duration of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the mattresses were quite comfortable.
There was no metro station close by. It took us a lot of time to open the front door as we didn't realize that we had to open it while the beeping sound was still on, which only lasted a few seconds. There were not enough towels and toilet paper provided for the duration of our stay. We weren't informed about the days when we could take out the garbage, and the bins were full for the duration of our stay. This could have possibly led to the cockroach that came into our room. One of the beds was in the open plan, and it lacked privacy since it wasn't enclosed. There was no nightlight in the room, and the entire room lights up when the light is switched on.
