Perfect stay at a perfect neighborhood.

I've stayed at a mix of hotels and rentals. The bed here is the most comfortable out of my rental stays. Also the neighborhood - as someone who usually stays at a touristy area, staying here has changed my mind for my future travels.

Very minor, but the key to the door takes a while for me to figure out.

great place to stay

A great option for a vacation or a business trip: the air conditioner works well, you can also open the window for fresh air. The apartment has everything you need – all the dishes, a fridge, an iron, a hairdryer – everything works perfectly. In terms of transport, there is a metro station 5 minutes away and a tram. You can also walk through parks to the city center in about 20 minutes. Since the apartment was available, we were allowed to check in earlier than the official time, and the communication was quick and smooth. Super nice!

Some small downsides: the apartment is great, but the shower curtain is not very comfortable – it lets water spill on the floor, which is annoying. It would also be nice to have some washing powder for guests (like 2 capsules), and a bit of oil and salt for cooking – buying these for just 1–2 times feels a bit strange. With that, everything would be perfect. A small bottle of water in the fridge (it costs only 30 cents) would be a very nice touch on a hot day after traveling.

Small but perfectly formed studio in brilliant Benimaclet.

Small, but perfectly formed. well equipped and in a quiet location we know well, with some great local bars and restaurants nearby.

Nothing really. A small bedside table would be a benefit, as would a small cutlery drainer for when washing up and a kettle (I boiled water in the pan, so not the end of the world).

Esperienza da non ripetere

Posizione centrale e appartamento facilmente accessibile. Arredamento carino.

L'appartamento non era quello assegnato inizialmente da booking e ci è stato cambiato il giorno dell'arrivo. Una sera sentivamo freddo e l'host ci ha risposto che la temperatura era più che sufficiente (sottolineo che la mia compagna era incinta). In bagno sono stati forniti solo 2 rotoli piccoli di carta igienica per 8 giorni di soggiorno. In cucina totalmente assenti capsule caffè, bottiglia d'acqua all'accoglienza, assente detersivo lavatrice (è stato lasciato un flacone totalmente vuoto, o forse era scenico). Quindi in realtà la lavatrice e la macchina del caffè non sono utilizzabili. Non è accettabile dopo aver pagato quasi 600€. Zucchero inesistente (ne è stato lasciato un fondo in un bicchiere aperto quindi anche poco igienico), ed è stato lasciato solo il fondo di una bottiglietta piccola di olio. Nemmeno 100 ml. Ogni volta che ti facevi la doccia usciva acqua su tutto il pavimento e questo spiega una parte del cornicione della porta in legno totalmente fradicio. Ogni volta che si apriva rubinetto acqua in cucina, uscivs odore da fogna. Cieligina sulla torta: presenza di blatte di grandi dimensioni a motivo della scarsa pulizia e controllo dell'impianto fognario. Le blatte sono fonte di malattie anche gravi.

la posizione buona vicino alla metro,

non mi è piaciuto non avere finestre se non un piccola apertura sulla vetrina , con l'impossibilità di tenerla aperta se non appena socchiusa visto che dava sula strada ed il letto si trova appena aperto la porta, perciò alla vista di tutti i passanti. Con un pò di buon senso si sarebbe potuto metter la cucina all'ingresso ed il letto in fondo alla stanza, questo avrebbe dato un pò di privaci.

appena siamo arrivati, la stanza era piena di capelli di donna ovunque, soprattutto nel bagno, anche nella camera da letto, inoltre c’era una scopa piena di capelli vicino al bagno e penso sia poco igienico, e inoltre c’era il letto che scendeva da un armadio, ma capisci che questo è una tipologia di letti che hanno loro quindi c’è a chi piace e a chi no. personale gentile e disponibile

Lo risceglierei

L appartamento aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, anche biancheria in piu per eventuali cambi. L arredamento tutto molto moderno e nuovo. Gli spazi erano studiati alla perfezione per accogliere tutto il necessario. La posizione della struttura è in una zona davvero tranquilla della citta e molto ben collegata.

La finestra nel bagno sarebbe stata sicuramente apprezzata.

La salle de bain aurait pu être plus propre , évier bouché que mon mari a débouché lui même, pareil pour la douche l'eau ne s'écoulait pas bien , que des portes fenêtres avec fils occultant donc très sombre et casi impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre sans que les passants nous voient. Petite cour accessible pour étendre le linge mais très sombre et malodorante.

De bedden en locatie was top.

Douche de afvoer die niet door liep en geur riolering terras. De boiler was op na douche van persoon nummer 3. Nummer 4 en 5 moesten met koud water douchen.

Ottimo compromesso!

Se non si riesce a trovare nulla in centro o non vi piace la confusione, e vi piace passeggiare, questo appartamento fa per voi. In 20 minuti di piacevole camminata si arriva a destinazione. Noi non abbiamo mai sentito l'esigenza di prendere i mezzi, ma facilmente si arriva pure con bus o metro che sono vicinissimi. Ultimo giorno abbiamo noleggiato le bici da BIKE CONVERTERS(super economico e proprietario gentilissimo)che è proprio sulla strada principale fuori casa, e a saperlo lo avremmo potuto fare pure per i giorni precedenti, tanto è semplice girare la città e i giardini del Turia( vicinissimi)su ciclabile! L'appartamento è piccolino, ma nuovo, pulito e i letti con materassi molto comodi.

Mancano poche cose che farebbero la differenza: il sapone per le mani in bagno o sapone per i piatti e spugnetta per pulire le stoviglie, magari qualche cialda per il caffè per fare colazione e una bottiglia d'acqua per l'accoglienza. Tutte cose che difficilmente si portano da casa e bisogna comprarle anche per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. L'appartamento è su strada, sicuramente un plus per chi non può salire le scale, ma questo comporta l'impossibilità di godere di ricambio d'aria per mancanza di zanzariere per proteggersi.

Posizione comoda in quartiere tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per raggiungere centro, stazione, mare e aeroporto. Camera spaziosa, confortevole e ben attrezzata. Letti comodi.

Servono alcuni aggiustamenti. Il bagno è piccolissimo e senza finestra. Urge visita idraulico perché lavandino non scarica bene e wc non è ben fissato e ritorna odore. Manca mensola dentro la doccia e appendi asciugamani In cucina manca scolapiatti.
