The Good Times

The location, the room layoutand the staff were all very friendly helpful and courteous, except one particular manager. She was rude, never smiled and interrupted a conversation I was having with another staff member.

Absolutely lovely.

The facility is very clean, well maintained, staff is accommodating and we loved that we were upgraded to a three bedroom from a two bedroom. We love that they have a nice gym with enough equipment. My kids had so much room. We definitely will come back.

The city is great, I'll only return and stay at this hotel if I can see the room before checking in.

The location and service at the place.

The room was very dusty, the bed was old, so old that when you lay down you sank into it, not because the mattress was soft, but because it sank to one side due to its age. It took us 10 minutes to find the room, we received no assistance, and for the price we paid, compared to all the other places and availability in the city, we should have received excellent service.

Great, spacious, clean place. Can’t wait to go back

This place was great. After what started as a disastrous start, we ended up booking here and didn’t regret it. The pool being open 24 hours was a huge bonus, we had so much room in our condo, which was very clean, everything was perfect here and we can’t wait to go back and try the on site spa next time!

Our room was a perfect surprise as we had no previous knowledge of the property. Great amenities for family travel.

We were overall very pleased and will be back again for our annual Thanksgiving trip.

The Condo was very nice and we have stayed at other condos in this resort before so we were pleased with it. The location close to everything is great and this year the traffic was not as bad as it has been in the past few years so that was a nice surprise. We did the dry float at the Spa and it was glorious.

The only thing we didn't like is that the jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom did not work so after filling it up, we found out no jets working. So that was not great.

It was a very nice stay except for the cold shower.

The condo was beautiful and very clean, easy access beautiful view.

The shower in the suite that had a jacuzzi tub-The faucet handle would not work correctly. To get hot water you had to turn the handle to the far left almost to the point you felt like you may break it. When you let go the handle would move and there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower as my daughter & her friend were with us and I was not going to wrap myself in a towel and tell them I need to use their shower. I did tell the gals at the front desk so hopefully it got fixed.

Clean, comfortable accommodations with a friendly helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Didn't use any other facilities as we were at Dollywood for 2 days and it rained our last day and we forgot our swimwear for the pool and hot tub. It was a nice stay.

We had no dislikes really. Everything was fine.

Had all essentials, clean room, great location, spacious, TVs in all rooms, cool lazy River, and nice landscaping

Water was off a few hours, the jacuzzi needed maintenance and nothing was offered for our inconvenience. The indoor pool needed cleaning.

Never again!

Very little. There was no coffee in the room although two coffee makers. I had to get dressed and run down about a city block outside to reception to get a cup of coffee which was cold by time I got back and waited for elevator!!

False advertising—booking had it at $109 per night but ended up at $250 for one night! The $75 cleaning fee $35 condo fee and taxes were added. Looking back at the very end of the ad these were included. But the main ad was $109!!!!

I like the location, cleanliness, privacy, comfortable bed, everything needed was available and friendly staff

I didn't like that I paid $75 to check out at 12noon instead of 10am but housekeeping woke me up banging on the door and ringing door bell at 10:30am. I laid back down and they came again banging on the door @ 11:15am. It really defeated the purpose of paying for a late check out if they were going to still wake me up before time. Poor communication with that. The manager was very nice and refunded my late check out fee.

Riverstone Resort a Nice Choice

The grounds were beautiful and the location was great. Condo unit was very nice and the staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Our only complaint was the carpet needed cleaning. Our granddaughters knees, hands and tops of feet were black after crawling around kitchen and living room for 10 minutes.

Very nice resort tucked away from hustle and bustle but still close to everything. Lazy river and pools are the best!

Easy checkin and the building I requested.

Staff member that did not extend stay for correct date and charged card incorrectly. DJ for pool party said family friendly but had the most foul debauchery ridden country songs.

Landscaping was beautiful,. The lazy river was why we booked it....bc we are 65 and 70 yrs old and my husband doesn't care for a pool. Stacked washer and dryer, and glass covered tables so no worries leaving rings on table. Elevators were prompt. Loved the garage parking.

Beautiful room & grounds. The lazy river & 24/7 pool were terrific.

1. Tiny detail. The bathroom sinks drain slowly. Ask the cleaning staff to alert maintainence when they see this. 2. The written expectation to return the keys is odd. Again, the cleaners can collect them from the kitchen counter. I've stayed in fine hotels around the world & this is the only time I was asked to return the keys. 3. The two-page contract at check-in, and the parking pass requests can be done online before arrival. 4. The lazy river is a popular attraction. It would be really great if it could be closed to children at 10pm & kept open until midnight. The lazy river area could also use a hot tub or two.

Amazing condos amazing staff worth the money!!!

What didn’t I like about this property? Everything was immaculate as soon as we arrived we got upgraded to a larger room. The room itself was so beautiful. We rented the four bedroom. It was so spacious. The parking garage stays lit 24 hours so traveling as a woman that was comforting when coming in at night, the balcony was spacious and amazing. The pool was great. The kids loved the playground. We will definitely be back for our family Christmas vacation staying at this location. You can’t go wrong with this booking.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Loved the lazy River. Wish the falls were a little less “forceful.” They beat you down when you went under.

The grounds are beautiful landscaped but needed weeding in some areas, especially the sidewalk area from office to lazy River. The gate area to the lazy River is very overgrown and needs a good trim as do the sidewalk area shrubs.
