Like a magical beach getaway in the middle of the mountains!

Everything was beautiful….like a beach resort. The pineapple and coconut smells and the beach music were great! Convenient location and clean, safe property. Huge rooms and super comfortable beds!

Definitely booking again

Booked the family suite. 2 queen beds in one room. 2 twin beds in another room. A dining area with a TV in it. Bathroom with glass shower and separate tub. Plenty of space. Plenty of drawer and closet space as well. Breakfast was great. Loved the bar and restaurant. My kids loved the water area. Entire hotel is clean and smells amazing. Staff was friendly. The gentleman running the bar was amazing! Played in the game area for hours. Loved the firepit seating. I'm very picky about where I stay, ESPECIALLY when my children are coming. Loved this place and forsee multiple future bookings. Coming back in warmer weather so my children can utilize all the outside spaces as well.

I loved that it had an indoor pool area!! It’s warm in there and perfect for children and adults!! Also the bar and restaurant inside is amazing!! Now the food is pricey but the drinks are amazing!! So worth it !!! I put some pics below to show you the view from are room !! It was absolutely stunning!!! I will be coming back !!

The only thing I don’t like is that you can’t vape on the balcony but other then that no complaints here

A nice weekend with all of the great things we have come to expect from a Margaritaville Hotel.

Breakfast was great. The room was amazing in every way. The bar and grill was very nice and the bartenders were great. The entire facility was perfect for escaping from winter weather! All of the seating in the lobby is great and perfect for friends to gather.

Just a few picky things: The $50 per night "incidentals" hold on our card was unexpected. This information needs to be more readily available when booking so it can be planned for. The music in the bar was too loud for our party to have a conversation while we were trying to eat in there. We asked for it to be turned down some, but weren't able to tell if it was.

Just about everything…being a year old the hotel still looks new!The property was very clean & well maintained also we loved the large space we had in our room.My only complaint with our room was the heating and cooling system was hard to regulate.

Amazing stay in a great area

The hotel was gorgeous, clean, and staffed well. Sheets and other linens were nice, breakfast was great, and the pool areas were all great. The view of the mountain was gorgeous, and the area was very nice.

10/10 Highly Recommend! It Was The Perfect Getaway!

What didn’t we love? The rooms are so spacious, bathrooms huge and supplies all of our needs. We enjoyed the amenities and that’s the biggest hot tub I’ve ever seen. The staff were so nice and accommodating! Our TV didn’t work so the maintenance man came right up and after trying to fix it for 30 minutes he went to the front desk and brought back up keys to our new room and a luggage cart. Are you kidding me? I don’t know any other hotel that has hospitality like that! The breakfast was top tier and we are returning in 4 weeks to celebrate me and my son’s birthdays! We cannot wait to come back!

Perfect hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge

Excellent hotel for our stay in Pigeon Forge. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were able to check in slightly earlier with no issues, and they were also happy to store our luggage after check out for the rest of the day, as we were heading to Dollywood. The room was nice and spacious with a large comfy bed and modern/clean bathroom. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Would happily stay again.

Great stay for the adults and kids! 5 stars

We came for a family trip and met another family at the property for our stay. We have little ones age 8 and under. The property had something for everyone: pools for the little ones, pools that interested the adults and there was a small gaming area while waiting on family down by the lobby. The food was great, the staff and the cleanliness! Live music was great in the evening and you could hear it throughout the common areas. Convenient walk up bar and dining area for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was accommodating and had something for everyone. Parking was easy enough as well as cart availability for checking in and out. The showers and bathroom were roomy and the products offered were for shampoo, conditioner, soap and moisturizer were paraben and sulfate free (for those paying attention!). Towels were provided for poolside so leave your beach towels at home- save yourself some work! Elevators were quick and enough to accommodate the guests. We’ve stayed at the Dollywood resorts before and this was just as nice to us, just no valet parking (no big deal) or trolley over to Dollywood. This is in the running for a return stay! Our children definitely said “5 stars, mom!” Also, great Mexican restaurant within walking distance of the hotel parking lot (it was great too)!

You definitely need all 4 pillows on the bed. 2 per person and you’re good (they sink). Overall bed- comfy!!! That’s it if I had to mention something to not like about our stay - and that was really not a big deal to us.

The pillows were too soft. Also had to ask the front desk multiple times for shower towels, which took over 2 hours for them to be delivered. They closed the pool and bar and restaurants down at 11pm. Parking is a nightmare if you come back late.

Great property and location. Everything in one place. Staff was great and helpful at all times. Cleaning folks were spectacular. Cleaned daily.

Stayed six nights and kept having stink bugs entering the room. On the last day they sprayed the balcony and doorway and we had none indoors the next morning that we were leaving.
