Great location, close enough to everything. The price we paid for the week was amazing.

There were a couple of things that could use some updating and a few things that could use some repairs. Also, if at least the pool tables would have been free would have been great

They could have replaced the little things in the room for example they could have put another light in the bathroom because one is out and the ironing board and iron needs replacing because I tried to iron my husband clothes and the water drench my husbands shirt and I had to use the bed to iron his clothes because the iron board would not stand on its own.

One of the worst experiences we have had .

The location was fine.

Room assigned was filthy. We requested another room. It was not much better. There was mold around the tub. The carpet was filthy. The dishes were dirty and mismatched. The room had a musty smell. The view consisted of a metal wall. The staff was very rude. Parking was terrible. We would never stay at this facility again. We certainly would never recommend anyone waste their money to stay here.

We didn’t stay and don’t have any plans of going back there.

We didn’t stay due to having a pet room when we didn’t request a pet room. There were pee spots all over the floor and fur on the couch and the room stuck with pee odor. And no full refund.

We tried to get another room and they told us they didn’t have another room so we left and got a room down the road.

Amazing, friendly and well informed

The place was huge parking a plenty. The staff was very friendly and helped me a lot and talked with a bit and told me about some amazing perks they had. The event held at the hotel was amazing as well it was clean and well stocked would stay here again

I will say I enjoyed my stay and plan on doing so again. I will note that out of every ones control the kids in one room and the very happy couple in the next. I will note that there was a couple of stains in the carpet and the toilet took so long to flush but other then those thing nothing to complain about the room was clean smelt clean and well stocked with items I needed. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking my I have never slept deeper in my life

Probably not returning.

The indoor pool was heated and we had a nice view of the mountains.

Cockroaches and the fact the front desk acted like it wasnt a big deal. Told us they had no other rooms to move us to. Said they'd send maintenance up to spray, but they never showed up. The jacuzzi leaked around the hot water handle. TV removed needed to be replaced. Very worn out and hard to change the channels. Very disappointing considering we spent almost $500 to stay 3 nights.

Location was good for my trip.

This hotel did not fit the name of a "resort or Lodge". It was simply an old hotel with new paint. Not worth the cost. My room had brooken tiles around the jet tub and the side of the tub was cracked and glued together. The TV service was terrible. There are 2 guild channels. Neither is accurate when you scroll thru the channels. Many channels came up with a black screen that said Not Supported.

Great extended weekend

Grandkids had a blast at the pool / water slide they didn't want to leave . The beds were very comfortable and the included breakfast buffet at the restaurant located right next to the resort was a hit with all of us , overall a great place to stay and will come back!

Advertised breakfast included only to be told at check in there was not breakfast. The AC I. The room did not cool the room. When we first got there we thought it would be a great place to return to for future visits. However, we soon realized that we would not return to this property.

Right now I feel like we got screwed. Hopefully this will get straightened out.

I'm upset because we booked 2 nights, checked out after 1 night to go home since we could not leave our chihuahua in the room in her kennel box to go do anything. We decided to go home after 1 night. I was charged for 2 nights and then it looks like I was double charged for the one night we stayed. I did not get a refund for the second night, which had been approved by Booking.com. The hotel employees would not respond the Booking.com trying to communicate with them at the front desk. It appears I'm out for the price of 2 nights. Please investigate this. I would like my money returned using the bank card that the reservations were made on. Please advise . Pamela Partee

Good Room

The room we stayed was great tons of room. Plenty of places to sit a lot of counter space microwave full size fridge and dishwasher. Breakfast was provided and you have to walk to the wood grill which is pretty much the same parking lot and it was very good.

When we were getting ready to leave from the fourth floor going to the elevator all you could smell was weed from one of the staff that was cleaning in one of the rooms. We felt a little rushed when we were getting ready to leave because the staff started cleaning on our before check out time which is 11: am.

I did like that it was close to everything you could do there, but if this has been my choice of hotel I would not have picked this place ever!

We stayed here because I was getting married, and when we walked in our room I found several hairs in the bathroom, the bed was not comfortable, and the TV was so small and you couldn't find anything to watch! Also during our stay kids were running up and down the halls all night screaming and who can sleep through that! They need to upgrade their hotel immensely and yes it's great for kids, but not a couple that just got married. We will never be staying in this hotel again!

Very Disappointed

The room was old and dated with a balcony view of a roof. The room had only 1 lamp on 1 nightstand the other nightstand was missing a lamp and the lamp on the other one had dust hanging off and the shade was crooked.. Just a feeling of dated and dirty will never stay again !

Don’t waste your money.

Air conditioner was not cooling room, we called the front desk ask for a fan they didn’t have one. They sent guy check the unit out and he even said it’s cool but not blowing enough to cool room down. He said it was nasty. This was at midnight he said call back in 15 minutes and we will switch the unit out. It’s already midnight so who in right mind would agree to that front desk should have said we will move you rooms. Got stuck on balcony finally got door open and curtains that are hanging back said brown and nasty. Building smells like must and smoke.

Home away from Home

This was my second stay at the lodge. Location is spot on, in the middle of so may places you can just walk to. The lodge itself is awesome as well. We really like the gift shop. It's always super clean and pool is a nice place to relax if not to busy. Will absolutely be booking again.

I liked everything, maybe this is more a suggestion lol. But if you could just maybe add a roll of paper towel to the kitchen areas that would be awesome and complete the set up.

Great location but needs attention!!

The location

Very rude front desk clerks on Saturday mornings as you try to tell them that they have roaches. NASTY! Then I learn after I already booked here that the restaurant that they give you free breakfast to had roaches and was on the local news for the nastiest(it’s owed by the hotel). I believe they took everything from the restaurant and just put it all behind the hotel, that has now caused them roaches. The air barely worked and the shower dripped no stop! This is a resort for families and people are being lied to, but the evidence tells the truth!

The breakfast was a joke and having to pay for a cup of coffee i don't want to bring your stuff in.Iand juice for $17 dollars no thank you I would not recommend this to anyone

It was very disappointing.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The pool and surrounding area was nasty. There was thick nasty black mold all over the stairs to the slide. The water was very murky and it was extremely hot in n the pool area. The ac unit is n the room constantly leaked and the carpet was soaked. I called maintenance, he said it had been like that for years and there was nothing they could do about it. The hotel refused to let anyone to check in until 4pm. They do not serve breakfast. I’m stead they gave us coupons for the firewood grill- however the day before there was a news alert saying they had a score of 71 from the health dept. There had been several roaches and flies seen at the time of inspection. Needless to say we did not eat there.
