BEDBUGS bit my wife, hotel refused to refund.

Initially the price and that we have stayed there before.

Wife was bitten 5 times by bedbugs on the first night within 1-2 hours of laying down. I asked to be refunded for the night and moved to a different room. We got a different room but no refund. Had to get dressed and pack and move in the middle of the night. Requested a refund of only the first night and Hotel Pigeon Forge refused. Filed a complaint through Booking and only got $17 in travel credits for their site. A bad experience that could have been made right and kept a returning customer but don’t think we’ll be going back there.

Don't waste your money

I guess you get what's you paid for.

This hotel was a letdown it's old and dirty. The keys were a hassle to use, and I had to get them fixed twice. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was slow and unresponsive. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Friendly staff Disappointing accommodations

The staff were polite. The water was nice and hot with good water pressure . It was close to where we wanted to go.

The beds were too small. We always look for hotels that offer breakfast. The site mentioned a free breakfast included with our stay. we were disappointed when we woke up to discover no breakfast available. The TV would not work in our room, and there were black stains in our tub near the drain. There were no tea packets only coffee available with our coffee machine in room.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Had 3 washcloths in our 3 rooms... 1 in each room. Had to ask for extras. Advertises continental breakfast. Only offer orange juice and coffee. There were 11 of us total, so this would have saved us a lot of our vacation budget.

Dumpy hotel but it was only one night.

It was clean and that was checking with a UV light.

Musty smelling in the hallways. Dingy looking rooms. Caulking is a mess, repairs don’t look good. Phone on wall was hung completely and obviously crooked. I felt like it was a motel rented by the hour, but stayed because we checked the cleanliness with a UV light.

I did not like anything about this hotel it was a complete bad experience for the weekend.

Your staff your rooms the air conditioning didn't work You did not even try to accommodate my son's into another room that did work You gave them a fan that blew out hot air and it was almost 100° outside and you didn't even bring him towels and wash rags they had to go to the desk to get them. Poor experience will not recommend this hotel to anybody.. You should be giving me my money back

Last minute booking, was close to show we were going to Room was dirty looking with old furniture and hard beds. Looks like they just painted over everything to try to make it look better. even the toilet seat had paint on it AC was set on 62, freezing us and we couldn’t turn it down, called front office they said just to push the button and it should work, it didn’t Had to put blanket over most of the unit to halfway stay comfortable Very noisy !

It says non smoking everywhere but there were def people smoking. My kid has asthma and just the smell alone walking by certain rooms he was using his inhaler.

Room had some items that could’ve been touched up by maintenance. (Adjoining room handle feel off, ac was not on and took a long time to cool, knobs for the ac unit were broken, bathroom toilet seat clear coat was peeling).

The pool was very musty. No trash cans outside & the trash cans in the room were very small. The refrigerator was small as well, the door wouldn’t stay closed.
