Very clean and hospitable!
We came in for NYE and had view of the island fireworks from our room.
The room itself was very spacious and comfortable with multiple seating options and a table. The jacuzzi jets were all clean as well and it was quite large as well! Overall a great an affordable surprise in a motel and we will definitely stay here again!

This is an older hotel and could stand for a remodel. Behind the nightstand could stand for a cleaning. With that said, the room was very large, clean and comfortable. The price is great and the staff is very nice. It is conveniently located close to everything Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the SMNP have to offer. This is our 2nd time staying here and would stay again.

Although was there was a misunderstanding with the size of the dog you were able to accommodate us. It was very appreciated. Also, the woman behind the desk was a sweetheart.

We really enjoyed staying with you!! Our daughter and her husband was part of the Ponies in the Smokies!!! You weren’t very far from that, so it worked out great!! The room was clean!! We stayed warm!! We needed a few towels and you were very accommodating!!!
