When we got to our room, I got so excited. I got the room with the spa tub. I do my checking around before unpacking. I look around, it’s nice then I do some digging. First off, poor lighting in the room, sucks! Second, all the towels have stains, the sheet had spots on it, the bed is so uncomfortable (mattress to thin), the water isn’t super hot for the spa tub, found a wasp nest by the back sliding door, the ice machine in hallway, doesn’t work and for most, the wifi SUCKS!!! I can’t even do anything on my phone, idk if it’s because we are on the 7th floor. I paid all this money for a crappy room!!!! I honestly don’t know if I would recommend this place. We have one more night to stay and kinda wish I could cancel the second night and stay elsewhere. Birthday vacation so far is a fail :(
