It was alright but definitely won’t book at a another Hilton garden inn

All the amenities! Also the convenient location but the floors were absolutely disgusting in the room somebody has to of spilt something.

Dirty floors in my room I’ve never experienced my feet being sticky and dirty in a room that gets cleaned inbetween stays so should have been clean!

Everything was great, even the view of that big Cross, we loved it, coffee machine great, comfort was great keep up the good work!

Well the parking was a little hard, I have a handy cap and the handy cap spaces were always taken up, maybe more handy cap spaces would help, who knows?

How close it was to everything

1) customer service - all the staff was not nice. Never smiled, said hi, bye ext. they looked like they hated their life there. And we did too. 2) went to check in AT 4pm and they said it wasn’t ready while I have 3 kids. 3) the tv wouldn’t play 4) no continental breakfast We will not be staying there again to many other options in the area that is way better

Location was great. Commute to all attractions were easy

Pillow was not good. It was not firm. Had headache due to sleeping. Breakfast could have been better. Not able to reach room service. The line was busy all time. Had to go down to get fresh towels each time.

The breakfast was the most amazing ive had in a long time at a hotel, possibly ever. Carrie and Bill took great care of us. Along with another gentleman who I didnt get his name who would seat us. They went above and beyond when feeding a picky little one! They were sooo kind!

There was a dog on our floor across the hall the last night who kept barking which was annoying. And Saturday night the people at the pool were pretty loud but thankfully I brought a sound machine to drown it out. But definitely couldnt have done without a barking dog

The cleanliness of the entire facility. Also, the location was perfect, didn't have to travel far to get to any attraction. It was also a great help that the hotel is pet friendly.

Maybe there needs to be a door between the living room and the bedroom. A little more privacy

Reasonably close to attractions and activities. The balcony, pool and hot tub were nice. I liked that they had an indoor and outdoor pool. I liked that I was able to pay for the washer and dryer electronically through an app.

I was not really happy with the rooms. No carpet, no fan in the bathroom and bathroom door wouldn’t stay open.

Great time except for the uncomfortable beds

It was a great location and close to all the shops and restaurants. The beds were very hard and not very comfortable. Had to switch rooms and the room we were switched to bed wasn’t much better.

Clean, luxurious and well ordered stay !

10 out of 10 on EVERYTHING! The location was beautiful. The building was clean, easy to navigate, bright, fresh , modern decor and well lit. The staff was helpful, welcoming, nice , and accommodating. The amenities were abundant ! A hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, a water slide, restaurant, bar and elevators with lobby luggage rollers. Definitely coming back and making this our vacation stay !

We were informed the stairs could not be used unless in an emergency situation. We brought a dog who was scared of the elevator so we had to fight him every time he needed to go out.

Hilton is dropping the ball

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times and like how clean and nice the place is. Usually a trouble free stay.

The fact that they charge $12.95 for a continental breakfast for a room that cost over $250 a night. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with free breakfast. I brought in 2 other couples and they were disappointed also with this. Plus we got there got a room that was already occupied. Had to wait for over an hour to get a room cleaned and ready for us.

Great Convenient Location!

Have stayed here several times and really like it. Very convenient to restaurants, stores, attractions and on a side road with short cuts to everything. Enjoy the nice rooms, the pools and that it has a nice bar with some food!
