The staff was very friendly and eager to help.

The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Helped with directions. Cleaning staffed made sure we didn’t need anything as we passed them in the hall. All staff smiled and welcomed us in passing. The kitchen staff was happy to help when we needed a high chair for our one year old. We had a pack n play put in our room for the baby. This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better, more friendly place.

The first-floor room we stayed in initially was not great. You could feel every single spring from the sofa bed-not a good night. Luckily, we were able to move!

Like the location but won’t stay here again

The location was great.

The bedroom was mostly clean except for the top bedding was brown and dingy. The bathroom was clean except for some spots on the shower curtain, but overall not too bad. There was no smell. It did smell very clean in there so not too bad. It only had one elevator so it took quite a while to go up and down when it was busy. 7/10 on cleanliness.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was right and it was super clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond. The hotel was super clean and the staff was always straightening up/cleaning. The staff was dressed up daily the week were were there in Halloween/themed attire. It was really great to see. Kudos to them! They all deserve a raise.

Our bed wasn't made at all during our stay. I wish the breakfast had some other healthier options - whole wheat bread, lower/no sugar yogurt, hardboiled eggs etc. Too much heavy food - especially for breakfast.

Location and staff. They are so professional and friendly! The breakfast is much better than most! And it comes with your stay! I always rest so well there. I have back issues and the bed is so comfortable. I would like to know what brand of mattress are in your rooms.. I would definitely purchase one! I recommend this location to all of my family members from ‘up north’!

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious & smelled so good when we walked in. The breakfast was good & hot & had a nice variety. The pool & the hot tub were very relaxing. It was quiet. Our fur babies even enjoyed it. The dog potty area was even nice. The young man that checked us in was professional & polite. We will be staying there again.

Much nicer than expected

The room, rate and breakfast were great. Our room exceeded our expectations by having a large shower with doors and not a shower curtain, had plenty of towels and no outside noise. We enjoyed our stay!

My online booking wasn’t working so I called. I got a foreign person who I had to repeat myself quite a bit with. When we arrived to actually check in, they said there was a problem so that reservation was cancelled and rebooked. Made us nervous as that was the last king bed room. Staff handled it very well.

Good value for what we received

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The cleaning staff helped us with items we needed stocked up on and also was very nice .

The room temperature was stuffy and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. I asked the front desk to help me with the ac. The ac continued to be a problem with a ventilation issue. The dog smell was pretty prominent as well.

Loved the location. The staff was amazing. The size of room was good.

The room had a smell. Think it was the carpet. Spilled some water on the carpet and dried it up with a towel and the towel was nasty. The a/c didn’t work to well in the room but didn’t say anything cause we wasn’t in there much. Keep it decent at night but surge day it stayed around 76.

Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was GREAT! the only complaint I have is that it was a little noisy on our side of the hotel due to early morning garbage trucks that came around 3am every morning. Not the hotels fault, just a little annoying. Other than that, the stay was AWESOME!!! the location was GREAT. We did alot of walking.

Location was close to restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked and clean. The pool was indoors which was nice considering it rained during our stay.

The rooms were dated but clean. The sleeper sofa was worn out and uncomfortable.
