I would highly recommend this hotel. The price was right and it was super clean.

The front desk staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. They went above and beyond. The hotel was super clean and the staff was always straightening up/cleaning. The staff was dressed up daily the week were were there in Halloween/themed attire. It was really great to see. Kudos to them! They all deserve a raise.

Our bed wasn't made at all during our stay. I wish the breakfast had some other healthier options - whole wheat bread, lower/no sugar yogurt, hardboiled eggs etc. Too much heavy food - especially for breakfast.

We always stay at this hotel and the location is excellent.

Location and staff. They are so professional and friendly! The breakfast is much better than most! And it comes with your stay! I always rest so well there. I have back issues and the bed is so comfortable. I would like to know what brand of mattress are in your rooms.. I would definitely purchase one! I recommend this location to all of my family members from ‘up north’!

Anniversary trip

Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious & smelled so good when we walked in. The breakfast was good & hot & had a nice variety. The pool & the hot tub were very relaxing. It was quiet. Our fur babies even enjoyed it. The dog potty area was even nice. The young man that checked us in was professional & polite. We will be staying there again.

The room, rate and breakfast were great. Our room exceeded our expectations by having a large shower with doors and not a shower curtain, had plenty of towels and no outside noise. We enjoyed our stay!

My online booking wasn’t working so I called. I got a foreign person who I had to repeat myself quite a bit with. When we arrived to actually check in, they said there was a problem so that reservation was cancelled and rebooked. Made us nervous as that was the last king bed room. Staff handled it very well.

We come to Pigeon Forge at least 3 times a year and stay at this place most of the time.( When we can get a room ) We

Loved the location. The staff was amazing. The size of room was good.

The room had a smell. Think it was the carpet. Spilled some water on the carpet and dried it up with a towel and the towel was nasty. The a/c didn’t work to well in the room but didn’t say anything cause we wasn’t in there much. Keep it decent at night but surge day it stayed around 76.

Good value for what we received

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The cleaning staff helped us with items we needed stocked up on and also was very nice .

The room temperature was stuffy and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. I asked the front desk to help me with the ac. The ac continued to be a problem with a ventilation issue. The dog smell was pretty prominent as well.

Staff was GREAT! the only complaint I have is that it was a little noisy on our side of the hotel due to early morning garbage trucks that came around 3am every morning. Not the hotels fault, just a little annoying. Other than that, the stay was AWESOME!!! the location was GREAT. We did alot of walking.

I will stay somewhere else when I vacation

Staff was very friendly, I was just disappointed that I had my 2 small dogs and was called on the phone and asked to come back to the room because people were complaining. This is a dog friendly place and if dogs are going to bother people at 5pm then they should find somewhere else to stay. They would have settled down after a while, I think. We didn’t get to do very much on vacation because we couldn’t leave our dogs alone in the room

The floors in our room were absolutely filthy. I don’t think they had been mopped in months. We couldn’t go barefoot in the room because when my granddaughter did her feet were black

Second floor smelled like either mildew or dog pee, the other floors were fine. It was reported to the staff and they tried to correct it, and it helped some, but it still smelled. So we went and got some plug- in air fresheners to help cover it up.
