The staff was very helpful with any questions we had about the area. Helped with directions. Cleaning staffed made sure we didn’t need anything as we passed them in the hall. All staff smiled and welcomed us in passing. The kitchen staff was happy to help when we needed a high chair for our one year old. We had a pack n play put in our room for the baby. This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have picked a better, more friendly place.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we arrived. The cleaning staff helped us with items we needed stocked up on and also was very nice .
The room temperature was stuffy and smelled unpleasant when we arrived. I asked the front desk to help me with the ac. The ac continued to be a problem with a ventilation issue. The dog smell was pretty prominent as well.
