It's four walls with a door that kind of works.

Bed was made and I was able to be on the ground floor.

I could see under the front door, there's about a half inch or better gap letting everything in that wanted to come in.

It is next-door to the racetrack, which can be a bit noisy with the sound of the race cars and the announcements telling them to slow down. However, we ended up going over there and had a blast too.

I’m being nit picky but it’s next to a loud racetrack… but they close at at 10 so I didn’t really have much of a problem at all with going to sleep

The property is a bit dated. But for the price, it was really nice. The room had a microwave and a mini fridge. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very kind. Somehow they had messed up my booking where I requested downstairs room and handicap accessible. When I got there they gave us two upstairs rooms and I informed the lady that I needed a downstairs room that I could not go up and down the stairs it took a few minutes, but she was able to switch the room out for that I was appreciative.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a bit dated, but it was great just to sleep in another thing I did not like was the parking when we would come back in the evening there was never a park close to or near our door we ended up having a park in the parking lot of adjacent to where we were at or at the boot place that is at the entrance to where you turn into the motel. I really wish they would label the parking spaces so that each person had a parking spot because I noticed a lot of the places around us had people with several cars so they were taking up several of the spots. There was also vehicles that had trailers attached to their vehicle and they were taken up three and forest parking spots so that was a bit annoying.

I can not even begin to describe the dislike I had for the numerous stains on the floor. We checked in too late at night to deal with it and left early because of it. Gross.

Carpet was nasty. Probably from animals. The trim and corner of the back door was scratched up. We have a calm dog that has never torn up anything but we couldn’t bring her because she didn’t meet weight requirements Then we were put in a room you could tell was damaged by a dog.

I requested a "Quiet Room" but was given one of the most noisy rooms in the hotel. Here is the response from the desk clerk from before I checked in. I hope all of our rooms are quiet. =) everyone brags we have one of the quietest motels. Hope you have that experience-Terri I've worked front desk at hotels since the 1980's and when someone requests a quiet room that means they have problems sleeping in a noisy environment, and you should give them a room in the back of the hotel, on a corner of the hotel, and away from vending/ice machines. You should know this if you've spent any time as a front desk clerk at any major chain. Also, the smoke detector in my room beeped all night because maintenance forgot to change the battery. This should be put on a list of things to do when you deep clean your rooms! And one more thing...the contractor that remodeled the hotel last did a botched job. The quality of the rooms just isn't up to par versus a chain hotel, and I just don't get the 7.3 rating on Booking.com because it just doesn't deserve it!

The pool was nice and it was very quiet location as it’s near the end of the parkway.

Bring your own pillows. The pillows were thin and definitely not enough for a double room Each bed had one “hard” pillow and one “soft” pillow. We had to roll up the blankets and towels and put them under the pillows to have enough support to sleep. There were

The lady who checked us in.

The parking lot was full of non paying customers. When I asked the night duty clerk for help he sent me harassing text messages and threatened to call 911. When we tried to leave he begged us to stay and even refunded $15. I was very disappointed. I have the text messages and the camera will show him banging on our door late after we told him we were going to bed.

Except for no pool rail, it was great

No breakfast. At least we wasn't told if there was 1 or not. We had only planned on staying 5 nights but at last minute we decided on 1 more night. At 1st they said we'd have to move to different room but few minutes later said we could keep the same room. I felt they went out of their way for us

I'm disabled and my husband's 70. It was really hard for us both to get in and out of pool. Definitely needs a rail to hold on to. We love to be in a pool but because of no rail we only got in 1 time Except for

The lighting was awful, literally two small lamps. The tv channels wouldn't work and you couldn't get the remote to work. The bed was stiff, the shower head/pressure was terrible. The employees acted like we were dumb when we asked a question and some wore PAJAMAS while working!

I really liked this hotel. I liked the ramps. The parking. The pool. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

The ONLY thing I think could be better was there need to be a railing at the pool. I saw older people really struggling to get in and out. It's a safety hazard. The bathrooms could use an upgrade but honestly, at the price, I'm not complaining. Everything worked. Great place.

Quick and easy but probably wouldn’t stay again

Price was low for a last minute stay. Good location. Gas ramp instead of steps. Made it easier to get luggage to the 2nd floor. Friendly front desk. Quick check in. Easy check out. Just leave keys in the drop.

Definitely needs a facelift. Very worn. Broken door knobs. Patched holes in the walls. You can hear everything from the room next to you. Very clearly hear basic conversation from your neighbors. The beds were not comfortable. One pillow per person and they were the thinnest pillows ever. Didn’t know pillows that thin were ever made.

Disappointing

The jet tub was the only thang we liked.

The picture on here that shows the king size room with a jet tub is the only reason we agreed to this hotel.. Showed up and the room was completely different rug was stain look like mold close to the window.. bed was very uncomfortable if you open the door To go out your exposed if your in the jet tub and no ac in the bathroom not around the jet tub. Definitely won't stay here again. Also they don't mention if your on the 3rd floor no elevator your walking up Everytime ..
