Would stay here again for sure.

Great location. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Overall clean room.

Lighting was dim and AC/heat unit only had turn controls with no indicator of the temp and it was a little hard to regulate the temp in the room.

A Nice Place to Stay

The location is good for the tourists to Great Smoky Mountains. Although it is near the main road of the town, it is quiet. You can easily find some restaurants because they are just in front of it. Parking is easy. Breakfast is standardized as many other similar inns. Room size is fine for a family having 3 - 4 persons.

It would be better if there was a fitness room (anyway, it's not a big deal). Bath room facility looks to be checked and maintained, we can not 100% switch the water flow from the tub spout to the shower head, this makes the water pressure from the shower head lower than expected.

All in all, pretty good deal for me and I would recommend.

Room was clean and smelled cleaned. Staff at the counter were friendly and nice. Plenty of luggage transporters. Breakfast was good and they had fresh fruit. Hotel was set back a little from the main drag, so street noise was very little. Prety good deal for the price. I would stay again if the price was competitive.

Access to the hotel from the main drag is cumber some with bubby street.

The location.

The bathroom doorknob was loose. The toilet wouldn’t flush in the second day, the air conditioner wouldn’t stay on for the second day. When reported, I was handed a plunger and told to unplug the AC and then plug it back in to reset it.

Overall it was a great motel for a weekend get away. Clean, comfortable and good breakfast!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking and pet area was well lit. The pet area was clean with potty bags and trashcans available. Breakfast was better than expected and worked well for our group.

The only complaint we had was how dark our rooms were! Even with the three lamps, the rooms were very dark. There needs to be better lighting in both the sink and room area, but overall we would definitely stay here again.

October Getaway

Fantastic stay and staff!

Fantastic location! Awesome staff, especially the housekeeping staff! Housekeeping straightened up our room every day with fresh towels, empty trash cans, making the bed (we stayed five days). Room was larger than normal, comfortable bed. We even forgot our suit, dress, and jacket in the room, and the staff called us to let us know. We were already three hours away heading home. They are going to send us our clothes! I am grateful because we need the suit for an event. Big thanks to this wonderful staff!

Good location for our appoinment

Nice breakfast set up.

When I made reservations I ask for a room first floor and with handicapped access. When I got there I was told that the room had not been booked for handicap. It was hard to use the room facilities that I was given. We made our appointment on thde second night and then we cut our trip short and returned home. Motel staff were nice.

Room was very nice and very clean. We had a king pet friendly room on the ground floor also very nice. We didn't eat the free breakfast but will be sure to try it the next time. Check in was fast and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed are stay with you all very much.

Had to reset key cards every time I left room, room smelled of urine and cig smoke and there was hair all over back of toilet when we arrived. Elevator made me sick with the smell every time I used it so we mainly climbed the stairs. Parking is horrific!!
