"Very nice property for the price. Stayed in the king room with fireplace, the shower could hold 10 people itself… seriously lol this facility was very nice, I would recommend upgrading the tv’s."

Comfortable, roomy and reasonably priced

Never again, said that I had to put a card on file and thef where going to put a 100$ hold on my card and when I checke

The room stunk and had a huge fan in the room blowing the carpet dry. Desk lady moved us to another room and the bed absolutely sucked. Laid down on the bed and almost hit the floor. Booked online with booking.com like I do every time we go somewhere and never had an issue until this time and she said they didn’t add us stayed in the lobby for over 30 mins till she figured out. Ended up called someone to help her

Having a clean and wonderful breakfast every morning was just amazing. Everything you would want plus coffee. Free with your room. The room was clean and everything worked, was very nice. The cleaning staff was great, and the staff in front office (Damion)

People next door smoking on the balcony. Cigarette smoke came into our room thru the wall air system. My daughter and i are very allergic to cigarette smoke. Asked for refund because we were only there 2 hours. They said no refund.

Was charged additional fees not shown on booking. Be aware they charge you first nite stay before you arrive even though you pay extra for pay at hotel and a 100 dollar incident fee up front and keep it for two days after you check out.

We arrived at around 1am in the morning 6/28, and the door was locked and the desk attendant was laying on the couch in the lobby. That had me feeling like this was going to be a nasty hotel .. that was a turn off .... but when I went to my hotel rooms, they were neat and tidy which I did not expect. But I give a thumbs up. They need to just make the outside more pleasurable and tell.the hotel attendant not to be laying on the couch and leave the door unlocked.

This was a quiet little hotel, the splash pad and pool would be great for a family!

We went for our anniversary, we had left out late so we arrived at 3am and checkin was so quick and easy which was such a relief after traveling so long and late, the room is as pictured, it does feel a lot smaller than it looks but it was still spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, The shower was amazing the pressure did go off and on but it was still great and the bathroom was so bright! We forgot to put the do not disturb sign up and while we were gone our bed was made and linens replaced (and all of our personal items were left alone!)it was really nice we would stay again!

There was like an old smell to the room and there were smashed bugs on the wall, the phone didn’t work, and the door handle was a little janky but it wasn’t bad, if you want a boujee feel maybe not this one but we would happily go again

There’s only 1 elevator lol Our AC unit was messed up. But it still worked just wouldn’t constantly stay on. It would cut off and come back on and we wanted it to run the entire time until we turned it off

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price in a good location.

The breakfast was good with both hot food options and cereal. We booked two rooms and both were clean and the beds comfortable. I also liked the location. The property is on Parkway but we could not hear traffic, and the parking lot is as close to being a private lot as you can get. I read some reviews that described the lot as a maze which is a good description. In my mind, it keeps people out of the lot who aren't supposed to be there.

My only complaint was that the water heater took several minutes to heat the water in the shower.
