    Good value for the money. Breakfast is hot and very adequate for the day’s travels. Spacious location. Beautiful breakfast area in the back with nice scenery. Inside and outside dining.

    I would consider this our new place to stay in Pigeon Forge! Three pools, clean rooms, and a great price. The breakfast is great if you like waffles (not the best eggs tho). Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

    I expected more for the price, but unfortunately, this stay fell short in several ways. The room had an overwhelming bleach smell that hit me the moment I walked in. I appreciate cleanliness, but there are certainly better cleaning products that don’t leave such a harsh odor. I also called ahead and was told breakfast started at 6:30 AM. When I showed up and found it didn’t begin until 7:00, I asked about the discrepancy. Rather than a polite clarification, they pointed at a sign listing the timing of breakfast and was given the rude response: “Nobody would have told you that—you must have called the wrong hotel.” Maybe I did call the wrong hotel but the rudeness was not the customer service experience I was hoping for. The only real positive was the location, but given the size of Pigeon Forge, nearly every hotel has a good location. Overall, not worth the cost. If it wasn’t the weekend of the 4th, having limited options, I wouldn’t have stayed here and wouldn’t stay here again.
