Convenient location.

We had previously stayed here and had a room in the front of the property which was much nicer than the room we were in this time. There was a weird bug in the room. It was very noisy and didn’t get much sleep.

Beautiful town, but just that person ruined my day

The staff, there’s a lady at the front desk, that was very rude, as soon as I engaged a conversation with her, she started to talk to me very loudly, I even asked her to calm down, she made me wait for someone that never showed up. I returned to the lobby for the second time, she was still talking loudly, and I finally got my passkey. It all started, because I asked her that I put a request for a bathroom with a shower, not a bathtub shower.

Very clean, great location

The walls seem super thin. The neighbors tv was very clear coming through the walls. Sadly while we stayed ,3 tour buses where staying as well. They woke us every night pulling in and every morning loading up. The walls and doors are not sound proof, definitely didn't get much rest during our stay.

Decent affordable place to stay in Pigeon Forge

Nice quiet property located as soon as you enter pigeon forge. On site parking available. Standard rooms located on ground floor. Decent breakfast from 7AM to 10AM with eggs, oatmeal,waffles and more. Staff were prompt and attentive to any needs. They tried to help and resolve any issues with stay

Toilet are a bit small. Could be upgraded for additional comfort for guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plaza Inn. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the included breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options. We were in the area to visit Dollywood, and the hotel is very conveniently located for that. My daughter used both the outdoor and indoor pool and both were clean and well kept.

If I had one complaint, it would be that the room had a "damp" feeling to it. The air was on when we get there and the bedspread actually felt damp. Not really an issue for us but it may be for someone else.

Quick trip for a little ‘pretend we are tourists’ fun. We live less than an hour away.

Great breakfast. Easy in and out location, close to all the things. Within walking distance to a lot! Felt safe. Hot tub and indoor pool were nice.

Maybe an extra blanket in the room? Don’t feel the need to ask for one, but I would have used it.
