Solid spot to stay.

Location is key for me.

Nothing that was the fault of the hotel. It was just the fact that people smoke right outside of their rooms and you can smell it in yours. Basically disrespect shown by other guests.

One comfortable night in Sevierville.

Hotel looks a little average from the outside, but the rooms were sparkling clean inside and the beds were so comfortable. The price was amazing and great location. Would def stay here again. Outside is average/plain, the the rooms are so very nice inside.

The night staff gal could have been more friendly. It felt like she didn't really want to be there. She explained the check in process in a monotone voice, and when asked a simple question, just stared at me. Guess she didn't understand the question. I just wanted to know when I put my card on file if they put a charge on it. Otherwise everything was great.

Stay at your own risk

The room appeared to be clean. Great location, many stores were within walking distance. Most of my requests were given. The rate is very reasonable

Needs a few improvements and this would be a great stay.

The room was nice and enough room for two people . The room was clean and smelled good when we went in.

At check in the lady that was there did not see friendly. I had to keep asking what she said because she was talking so low. The bed was hard. The faucet was to close to the back of the sink and everyone you would wash your hands you touch the sink. The shower was dripping which wasn’t bad until you took a shower then the water seemed to keep running after you turning it off like it was barely on but the handle would not turn off any further.

Great place, great price.

This place was in a decent area. It was a bit confusing getting to it, but once I found it things were fine. Close to a lot of attractions and dining. The staff was very helpful getting me to the place. Once there the lady at the front desk was friendly and engaging. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone.

I didn't like how light the room was due to the outside lights. I get that it's for security, but a little annoying. Other than that, I couldn't complain about anything.

Comfortable beds. Spacious room. Clean. The room we stayed in had a large bathroom.

Our towels needed to be replaced they were stained. There was no place to hang our clothes, but the drawers were extremely spacious.

When it would rain, it would rain in under the door and if you weren’t careful when you came back to your room, you could fall and slip onto the floor. One of the staff got us towels to dry all the water. The noise from the room next-door when they are taking a shower or a bath and the water is running. It is very very loud.

The price and the night shift personnel they treated me like I was not important at all my fiancé got shot with a water gun and I reported it to the front desk and all they had to say was well the police will catch them also my fiancé is disabled and we are the only ones with a service dog so my stay was terrible other than the room was clean and also getting stuck in our room the door would not open we had to just about broke the door to get it opened

Only hotel that's had an issue with a short-name used on booking.com. Example- John and Johnathan are 2 different names and will not be accepted according to the front desk lady. Only AFTER I said just cancel it I'll go somewhere else did she agree that it wasn't a big deal, after arguing with me for 15 minutes

Lowest price in town for independence day weekend

Lowest price in the area during Independence day weekend. Not sure who and where provide an independence day firework show, but we can watch it from hotel corridor which was really good.

Fridge doesn't not haave freezer and super weak. Not enough for summer. Only a coversheet on bed instead of a quilt or blanket, my husband didn't like it Only 2 hooks instead of a closet hangers in room, also only 1 big hook in bathroom, either put your clothes on toilet or wrap yourself by bath towel and dress outside which is not convenient for non couples staying.

Great location and pool. Room was basic, but clean and nice. There was plenty of parking. Tons of food and attractions within walking distance.

No housekeeping unless you ask for it. To get clean towels, you leave your dirties outside your room and they leave you a bag of clean ones. Also, people congregated in the parking lot at night and it was pretty noisy.
