Great atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff made our stay incredible!

Very clean, honestly one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was very close to a lot of the things we wanted to go do/see, and the staff were very friendly and helpful!

There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked, our room was directly beside the pool so you can imagine the noise level was a bit of an issue, but nothing that dampened our experience too badly!

The property was in a good location and we liked the room

We didn’t even get I enjoy the pool. I was traveling with my mom who is a senior citizen and was using a walker. The kids in the pool splashing getting us wet and being so loud we had to leave. The kids were running up and down all hours of the night and knocking on our door, the toilet overflowed and they were sweeping the hallway with a sweeper at 8:30 am

Location was nice right off the strip in Pigeon Forge

It felt dirty, and a bit sketchy. The key cards had to be reset constantly because they wouldnt work. No bathroom in pool area, not great for kids, hope you like pee in the water.

The bed was soft and clean. I love the all white linens because you can see that it’s clean. The hot breakfast was great. I had the sausage biscuit and gravy both mornings. I would stay here again.

Dirty and inconvenient

Not much

It had bed bugs. It smelled. You has to go outside and around the corner to go to the office. Key cards only worked once or twice. I had to keep going to the office to get new ones. They told me they would give me a refund for the bed bugs (I didn't ask) they told me to call booking and everything then rejected my refund...

The "queen" beds were not queen. And they were very uncomfortable. Hot water coukd have been hotter. Pool was cold and hot tub luke warm

Location was great, but the facilities did not make me feel comfortable and safe.

It was in close proximity to Dollywood and other attractions we visited while staying in Pigeon Forge. The bed was fairly comfortable, but there were not really any other positives of the room.

The room we stayed in did not at all match the pictures of the bright, clean, and updated rooms that was advertised on the Booking website! Paint was chipping from the walls, there was a smell of smoke in the hallways, and black specks came out of the faucet when I went to give my toddler a bath. The room overall was just very dated and not at all like the pictures we were presented when selecting the hotel or I would not have booked it. Around midnight there were loud banging noises and people fighting in the hallway. It was not at all the quiet, clean hotel stay I imagined as a mother traveling alone with a 3yo. I've never written a negative review on a hotel before, but do not want others to have the same experience we did with dated rooms, smoke smells, and rowdy neighbors.

Disappointed

The bed, fireplace, bathroom TV, microwave and fridge.

Had to contact front desk to come and remove a roach from the ceiling in my room. The front desk check in/out is in front of the building, the parking lot was around back, with limited parking spaces, you have to walk too far to get to the entrance of the building unlike other hotels that I've stayed at in the past. The carpet was badly stained, needed to be replaced. The tub looked old and stained.

The beds the beds were not comfortable, and there was no outside area to sit down just relax. Also I didn’t find a smoking area anywhere on the property. You can’t even smoke on the balconies.

Stinky room, subpar breakfast

Close proximity to Dollywood

Toilet was tore up, would not flush, had difficulty getting someone to come and fix so my husband actually tinkered with it and fixed it. The room had a terrible soured carpet smell. Breakfast was subpar. The bed had a dip in it from overuse so it wasn't very comfortable. Recommend NEW mattresses periodically

went to the indoor pool with my wife and daughter and our grand kids got in the pool water was too cold for me could have been alot warmer. hot tub was nice.

Adequate hotel for quick stay

The room was clean and comfortable. The price was more affordable than most in the area. It was nice having a Pizza Hut right in front of the restaurant that we could order from as we were leaving DollyWood. The location would be great if traffic is not as chaotic.

The pictures of the rooms do not match what we stayed in. It was not as updated or painted. The location was good for some things but the strip can also be very noisy which it was for our stay. Also, there is a dumpster company that picked up the dumpsters to empty at 5:30 am on Saturday morning which was very loud and woke me up.

Very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s not high end, but it’s not expensive either! Most important to me: clean and the bed is more comfortable than the one I am staying on tonight, in a higher priced hotel. Excellent value! There’s so much to do in Pigeon Forge and The GSMNP, all we need is a clean room and a comfortable bed. There was an extra sink and counter outside the bathroom, next to the frig and microwave which is good for food, AND it also helps two+ people share the bathroom and the sink outside to get ready faster.

The ladies in the breakfast room were terrific- so nice and they were diligent about keeping the tables and the food area clean. My only surprise was, when I arrived at 7:05am, I thought the food would be hot. It was just barely warm, especially the eggs. This makes me think it was prepared and put in warming trays too early.

Great location for great rooms.

Breakfast was very good. Nice to have full breakfast options. I just wish they offered different meats each day. Waffles were great. Cleanliness blew me away. Walked around in white socks and they never got dirty. Bathroom was spotless with no soap scum or mildew anywhere. All staff was very welcoming!

The TV’s in common areas play Fox News and made people uncomfortable which was visible to anyone paying attention. That alone was enough to start the day off on the wrong foot. I do wish they had outdoor pool available, indoor pool could get a little noisy.

Stay at this wonderful, clean, and affordable hotel!!

The pool and hot tub were excellent, the choices of food and things to do nearby helped us out a lot since this was a last minute family trip. Comfort inn served two flavors of waffles in the morning, plus biscuits and gravy and cereal, and a few other choices as well.

The beds weren't the most comfortable for me, but my partner and child slept very well.

Rug in room needed to be cleaned. It was very dirty. TV service was horrible. Just when you would get interested in something the show would disappear with a no signal message. Usually would not come back on for a long time.

The location was great. Beds were comfortable and the balcony was great.

Breakfast was lacking in options. We also had an issue one night with someone smoking weed in their room and the smell leaked into the hallway. Whole hall smelled bad for hours.

Nice family vacation

Close to everything, family suite was spacious for our family of 6 with young ones. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Pool and hottub area was nice.

Our room was located right near the elevator and ice machine, and our view was of the walkway canopy. But we wasn't in the room much for it to really bother us.
