The staff was real friendly, real good coffee anytime you want it rain for real clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great facility and the price is hard to beat

We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and gave a well needed nights rest. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Very nice hotel very clean and very convenient

The only complain I have was the bed I stay in a lot of Best Westerns this was by far the worst mattress I've ever slept on it actually tweaked my back after having two back surgeries this was not comfortable

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, rooms are clean, great location to Dollywood and more and walking distance to some great restaurants.

Loved overlooking the pool but the room smelled strong of chlorine. Had to keep the AC on cool to keep the air flowing so that my throat didn't hurt. Smoking area needs to be farther away from the building and not at a staircase. Had to walk through nasty smoke to get to our rooms.

Could hear water continually running and there was no cold water in the room from either taps. Room smelt fusty, extreme condensation on the windows which could be the reason.

Nice for a quick weekend getaway!

I like the location. Everything is in walking distance to GW. The breakfast bar was excellent.

We would probably stay again.

The breakfast was okay, but the seating was inadequate. There were too few tables, and there was not enough room between the tables to be able to get up and return to the food area. The room was okay. We did not use the pool.

Our room had a connecting door to another room. It was locked, but I would rather have known ahead of time that it was a connecting room. I felt slightly umcomfortable with the situation.
