I would definitely use this Hotel again, it was a great place to stay and very quiet and peaceful.

This is an older property but it was clean and close to shopping, food and other activities. Even though it was an older property it is perfect for the price and location. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

Great motel in great location.

Great family owned motel in perfect location. The room was very clean and staff was great. Room was comfortable and jaquizi tub was wonderful. The outside structure is a little dated, but don't let that discourage you from choosing this motel. Will be staying here every time we visit Pigeon Forge. We stayed 8 nights this trip.

the guy that checked us in the day we got there was excelent with great customer service.

I like taking pictures of the sunset and sunrise and mountains from my room and the church blocked alot of my views.but that wouldn't stop me from returning.also there was a truly beer can under edge of bed left from people that had stayed before us.but other then that it seemed fairly clean.pretty good place to stay and good location.

Great place to stay for Dollywood trip

Close to Dollywood. Good sized room with stove, and kitchenware. Clean and gave a $5 discount on breakfast at pancake house across the street. Staff very friendly.

Great value for your money. The location is fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable. They even have chairs outside every door so you can sit outside and relax. Employees were super nice!!

Not very happy

The outlet didn’t work. I couldn’t blow dry my hair taking use the coffee pot or the microwave. The refrigerator never got cold. The bed was hard and lumpy

Musty smell. Very dated. Did not feel really safe. Shady people hanging around outside rooms and near parking lot. Stayed was 2 br suite but was really 2 beds separated by a folding slide.

Outdated.

This hotel is extremely out dated. My mother stayed here as a child, and she said it looks exactly the same as it did back then. The cabinet door was broken and hanging on. The stove didn’t fully turn off. The tile around the jet tub was broken. It’s just really outdated. It’s ok for maybe a one night stay as you’re passing through.

No breakfast offered to my knowledge.

There were grills on the first floor, but they were outside of specific rooms. While we realize they were there for everyone's use, we didn't want to use them and grill in front of other rooms. Would be nice to have them on the balcony/deck. Also, there wasn't very much water pressure in the shower. TV was weird to use (finding channels).

Willing to Return Here in Warmer Weather

Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Staff and elevator were great. Always had instant hot water at every sink tub and faucet. Loved that there was a full sized coffee pot and excellent coffee provided. 9

Door lock was a pain. Staff blamed on the weather. No housekeeping for 4 days was a bummer as we had to ask and run down cart for items. Need hooks or towel bars in the bath. Also needed list for TV channels. Even finding the channel guide was hard. Ice machines turned off because of the weather too.

The location was great. Loved the fireplace & the Jacuzzi. The additional kitchen was an asset on saving a lot of money.

Very out dated! The ceiling above the Jacuzzi had mold on the tiles.
