Very clean and smelled good; did not have a ‘musky’ hotel smell. Also, the doors to the rooms had ‘seals’ to keep light from the hallway out.

We could hear people on the floor above us.

Room nice and clean and staff friendly but not as advertised otherwise!

Very disappointed that pictures of property show a beautiful outdoor fireplace and seating to enjoy but it’s not part of this property at all! The pool shown is not on this property at all! They are both located at the Super 8 hotel next door!! False advertising! We literally chose to stay here because of the nice outdoor area! Not only was it at the hotel next door it was closed!!

There will not be a return visit to this hotel, we visit Pigeon Forge a lot!

Breakfast was good, room was clean and bed was comfortable. I loved the fact that there was a separation between the air/heating unit and the bed.

The sofa in the room was so low to the ground that we had to put bed pillows on it to sat on (not good for seniors). On Tuesday morning at 4:45 am, the thrash trucks came and emptied the dumpsters, they couldn't just empty them, they had to keep banging them on the truck several times!

Wasn't very pleasant but was cheap

Location was ok but first room we had no hot water in shower other than that room was good,

They told us at first that warm showers would be all they can offer. But will get maintenance to have a look, so ended up changing the room and this was worse, minimal Chanels on t.v mattress were absolutely due to be changed there was a dip in the mattress that you hit the bottom of bed. We turned mattress ourselves and no different have photos. Didn't want to complain because we did that and room was worse, every morning we go for breakfast and you could smell marijuana just past the meeting room, very disappointed

The staff was great. They were very professional and friendly. Every day the breakfasts were great. Not the same menu everyday. Facility was very clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful. I also liked that it was pet friendly

Awesome place to stay

Great location! Very clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was awesome and also went on later than I expected so it was great when I came back from a walk late and was still able to have a cup of tea and some breakfast. Staff were super helpful and I really enjoyed staying here a lot. Also nice and quiet.

This hotel surpassed some we have stayed at in the area. Breakfast was actually very good compared to area hotels.

Dog friendly!! Couldn't hear anything in our room on bottom floor. We have an English Bulldog and she slept like she was at home which most places she does not. Staff is amazing and willing to help with questions.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway to Pigeon Forge and convenient to everything!

Right off the main drag in Pigeon Forge and close to everything. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very good breakfast for a hotel. Was going to go out to eat breakfast but decided to stay and eat there.

Nothing honestly. Could be a little hard to find without a navigation system which everyone uses nowadays and could be hard to get out of depending on the time of day.

Stay was short but LaQuinta Inn met our expectations, Facility was clean & plenty of parking

I appreciate the proximity to various dining options. The location was hard to find but once we knew where it was, it was very convenient

I didn't like that pets were allowed. But staff tried to put my room where there no rooms assigned to guests with pets. I appreciated the restrictions that pets were not allowed in the dining area during times when breakfast was available and not in the lobby during certain times.

Would not recommend this hotel!

Beds was comfortable, breakfast was good.

Rooms had a smell like mildew, room also smelled like it had been smoked in and tried to cover up the smell with a deodorizer. I was charged a fixed fee on my bill after I signed the original check in documents with the original fee I I agreed to pay and had to get the manager to fix it. And now have to wait to be refunded but that was time consuming conversation with the hotel to get the to fix it. The hotel was over priced for the age and condition of the rooms.

Wonderful, peaceful stay

The quietness was amazing. I know there were several families there, but you would never know it.

It would be better if the bathrooms had some kind of vent or exhaust system in them. The heated mirror is amazing, but it still gets pretty stuffy in them. Also the pool situation isn’t ideal. I thought when booking it was a hotel pool, not a shared pool with the super 8 next door. It’s not a huge deal, but took some time to figure that out.

The Perfect Stay

The breakfast was good and had variety. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My bed was made every morning, along with tidying up the room and giving us fresh towels/toilet paper in the bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pool was decently sized. My favorite part is the location. It's in the middle of everything along the strip and walking distance to food after a long day of visiting attractions. We concluded that this will be the hotel to stay at while visiting the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area from now on!
