Breakfast was good,Monday thru Wednesday, there were no eggs.Malinda was wonderful!Friendly!walking around during breakfast checking on breakfast bar ,making sure it was good!Asking if we needed anything! She is an excellent employee!

I liked the location, it was quite and clean. Looks like it has been remodeled in the last year or so. Oh yeah don't forget the breakfast plenty of food and drinks for the whole family.

There were 3 of us but only 1 chair. We had a room with a stove and fridge but nowhere to eat once we got it prepared. That is my only gripe I have.

Staff lied tried to take money . Said that booking.com was a scam and not a good idea to book through them . Stayed at the hotel for 4 days and they tried to claim that I never showed up so they could charge a no show fee. They also charged more than what booking.com has quoted they will try to steal your money or charge double the cost .

Will not stay there again

It was close to town.

It was not clean. I have pictures of roaches on the floor . Dirty walls and bathroom door. Dirty bathroom and hair on floor. Bathroom door kept sticking and someone had to open from the outside. Very noisy in the mornings. Bed was not comfortable. So we checked a day early.

The breakfast was amazing very, very good. They had a large verify of different breakfast foods. The gentleman that was serving the breakfast was so very nice & polite. This is by far the best breakfast we ever had Thank you, Teri Huffman

The only thing that I was disappointed in was the floor needed sweep & MOPED. I wear socks when I get up & walk around our room. At the end of the day, my socks we filthy & very dirty.

Decent

Hotel is decent for the price. The location is close to everything and right off the strip. The free breakfast is pretty good. My biggest con is the thin walls. We could hear our next door neighbor using the bathroom and urine going into commode. If you are a light sleeper book elsewhere. You can hear every footstep, conversation, and bathroom trip of your neighbors. The cleaning solution they used was so strong our clothes smelled like it and it was like a thick fog in the room. The beds were clean and free of BUGS which is a major plus. We will probably not return to this hotel but it was a decent stay for the price just for 2 nights.

An expensive gat away

Very noisey Saturday morning, What sounded like machinery dumping dumpsters for around 1 hour, starting at 6 am until 7am. The rate was very high for location and quality of the room, But wanted to take our pet. Reserved room with a pet ,and was billed but when I checked in had to pay ANOTHER pet fee of $50. I reserved the high rate because I thought the pet fee was included...

Overpriced and in need of many repairs/renovations

The location is right on the main strip in Gatlinburg within walking distance to main attractions, food and shopping.

The property is old and in desperate need of renovations. Paint was peeling from the ceiling, the drain in the shower was broken, the room smelled like old dog smell (it was a dog-friendly room but we have stayed in many others that smelled fresh and clean), one bed was missing a mattress cover and under the sheet was the bare, dirty mattress. “Creekside” consisted of a tiny, man-made creek next to all the parking. Parking was horrendous and most larger vehicles cannot navigate the tight turns needed to park in the parking garage so on the weekend, which is when we stayed, parking was extremely difficult and frustrating, even though we had parking passes. Because the small parking garage makes up the first level, the “bottom floor” rooms are actually on the 2nd level. The elevator was broken so we had to make several trips up and down stairs to move our luggage in and out. If you bring a pet (which we did), there is nowhere to walk them at the hotel. You have to walk through the main parking lots of several stores, restaurants and the hotel to get to a small park to walk them. Staff was not very friendly. The rooms are older and therefore do not have enough electrical outlets. The price of the room was absolutely ASTRONOMICAL, especially for what we received. We spent more for one night in this old hotel room than if we were to rent an entire cabin for a few nights. However, we had no choice after we discovered the cabin we rented had bedbugs and we had to change our entire stay.

Great location in the heart of everything but quiet. Several restaurants within easy walking distance(Hanna’s and Cheddars share a parking lot with hotel and Shoney’s is across the street). Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was excellent.
