Good location and price.

Very clean, nice staff, bed was comfortable.

The indoor spa and indoor pool were down and not working. They said the pool was “operating” but in January it was way too cold to enjoy.

Disappointing to see the hotel rated as wonderful, when it was anything but

The front-desk staff was exceptional

The pool was dirty, there was blood or other substance on the "clean" pool towels. There was pubic hair in the shower

The location was great for the activities we wanted to participate in.

The front desk people were extremely courteous and friendly. A lot of fun to chat with. The room, including the bathroom was very clean as was the lobby area and grounds. Breakfast was a buffet style and okay as buffets go. The personnel was very accomodating and welcoming.

Check in staff one day was a rude as can be mold in the rooms and every night it smelled like you was in weed factory couldn’t sleep because the smell was so awful plus you have to pay for breakfast when you stay was a rip off it doesn’t come with it don’t recommend

The location in reference to the conference center was excellent. The bed was very nice. Parking was very good. The elevators were excellent.

Nice stay for fall break

The female breakfast attendant was amazing. She was very friendly and always making sure we had what we needed. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very spacious.

The indoor pool was very cold, Hard to swim in. The hot tub did have really hot water, but it was lacking in the whirlpool jets. There were only two jets that was putting out good water pressure. The rest of them was slow to put out the water so the hot tub was just blah.

Parking is a little tight. The tile behind the bathroom door was missing. The worst was when fire alarm went off, we went down four flights of stairs and went to the front of the building. People were wondering what was going on. We go to the front desk and the employee acted like nothing happened. We said the fire alarm was going off and she said not to worry about it that it was a false alarm in the bathroom. It would have been nice if they could have voiced that over speakers/intercom instead of scaring everybody and everyone had to exist the building for no reason.

We had to leave the property because the room was not clean stains on the carpet and bed sheets. Garbage not thrown out. Towels on bathroom floor I went to reception they could not give us another room or send housekeeping to clean up so we asked for a refund and went to another hotel.

Nice balcony and comfortable beds

They advertised a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated and the hot tub was like warm at best. Shower curtain was dirty and there was a bug on our bed.

We just truly enjoyed our time there. The restaurant staff were really nice and accommodating,

It was a very Clean room, loved the extra things added to the room, liked the sink and counter space. We loved the room. It was very quiet considering the places around us. We had a view of the river and bridge behind the hotel. The staff answered all our questions, and the restaurant on site was amazing.

I didn't really mind any of the issues that others would dislike or complain about. The 1st day of our stay one of the elevators didn't work, the smell of the outside trash cans was really bad(not really your fault). The parking was hit or miss.

The pool was not heated very cold. Traffic noise was bad. Staff were not friendly. Issue with my booking got charged for two reservations. Wont be starting again. Smell of pot smoke. It’s not pet friendly so I was told but there were dogs.
