Awful conditions and very overpriced.

Location was good. We went to Dollywood and the Titanic exhibit. Location was great for these attractions. The air conditioner was great.

Staff was unprofessional, no maid service and if you wanted clean towels/linens or toiletries , you had to get them yourself. Additionally, inside the clean towel was a dead fly and on a “clean” washcloth was a decent size dirt spot. During check in, the employee was arguing with another customer. The rooms were not clean and in serious need of repairs. The price point was ridiculous for what we got. We paid over $300 for two nights. This room was a $50 a night room AT BEST. Parking was also insufficient and spots were crammed in so it was difficult to maneuver. The rooms were also not clean. Besides the general repairs that were desperately needed throughout the rooms, upon entering, there were crumbs all over the floor and hair in the shower. We slept in socks so we didn’t have to walk barefoot in the floor and the socks were filthy by the end. Overall, this was a very frustrating, disappointing and maddening experience. It would have been a bit more acceptable if we had not paid what we did for these rooms. It felt like highway robbery.

Great value for the area

Staff was very pleasant, We ended up adding another night it was hassle free and got extra towels, shampoo ,and soap. Floors were clean and shower had nice water pressure. I would gladly return.

I had to call to get my Security Deposit back and was charged a 5.00 office fee so i only got 95.00 back instead of the 100.00 i originally paid.

Had a very bad experience with the staff over a broken bathroom door and it spoiled our stay mood

just the location

My honest feedback. We arrived at the hotel around 4:05pm (check in time was 4pm) and picked up the key for room 355 and front desk person said room will be ready in 2 mins by the team you go upstairs (room was in 3rd floor) and when we were in third floor the front desk person called and said room will not be ready for another 20-25 mins (i had 3 senior citizens in my group and they all have to walk back down with their luggage’s) and after 20 mins the room was given to us.. after entering the room we noticed the 1 bathroom the room had, the door lock was not working and I immediately called the front desk and told them we need it to be fixed as it will be inconvenient to our party.. He said someone will come in 5 mins and after couple of calls a person came in after 15 mins (we wanted to leave out to roam the city before sun goes down) and the person who came said lock is not working which we already know and he said someone has to come to fix and if there is no lock we cannot fix and he left.. I came down and explained the same to the front desk and the person who came to inspect the room earlier was nearby and suddenly he started to act very rude and shouting that this is not a big issue and we 5 people in the room should adjust and not make a fuss about it.. I politely asked why this rudeness and we are paying a huge amount for the room and we expect everything to be in order before we come and he rudely said we dont have time to check these things and we should adjust and was simply shouting on me.. The door issue was eventually resolved later in the night when we were out.. The person in lobby was trying to diffuse the situation and it spoiled the day for us.. we came to spend time with family and it started with a rude invite from the hotel..

The staff was super sweet. It's an older motel, but clean. I love that the floors aren't carpet. We also LOVE the breakfast options!

For someone wishing to save on a stay at this location, RRI is a fair bargain. Restaurant was great

The hotel was close to the event I was attending. The restaurant next door (Reagan's House of Pancakes) was part of the breakfast deal, and was excellent (though I did pay for the upgrade on two mornings, the third day I opted for the free short stack of pancakes).

There was some disrepair (front door to lobby was not working as it should), the heater/ac made a lot of noise, there was a slightly musty smell in the room, and the shower/tub dripped all the time.

Everything was awful, the heater didnt work, the floor was disgusting my wifes foot was solid black, trash all in the ac unit, tv postings didnt match showing no care to the rooms, management was rude and unhelpful even tried to steal my $10] deposit. We didnt get it till booking.com got involved

Doors didnt seem to close completely and could hear all road traffic, people walking by, others in the parking lot etc. bathroom could have been cleaner especially the tub and around it. Had a bad smell of old stale smoke. If I were staying more than one night, I’m not sure I would choose here again.

I asked if we could have a room on the 1st floor and the attendant said we were on the third floor. Also he claimed he called us before we arrived. And I asked why he called and was rude and said he was not going to tell me. Also it's not like he couldn't give us a room on the first floor we noticed several empty rooms so it's not like he was booked up. We always stay at another motel when we go to Pigeon Forge so thought we would try something different. Sorry I did that.

The room was very nice and clean the A/C worked very well and they give you breakfast vouchers to go next door to the resturant for free pancakes or you can pay 6.00 per person and get the bar and it was amazing!

The shower was a little slippery and the shower head didn't turn on all they way in our room but it still had good pressure and the bed was hard
