We only had one problem and it was taken care of in a timely matter( the key stopped working and had to have it scanned numerous time than finally had maintenance open door and got key working)

All in all we enjoyed our stay, but some things need to be fixed and made to look nicer.

How close it was to everything, Rooftop lounge area, the view from the room and the staff was very friendly

Our room had water damage on the floor, the sink wouldn’t drain properly, when we got there the blinds were broken but they were fixed very quickly.

Room Not enough Space

I loved the walk in shower it was very spacious and the product to the shower where easy to use.

The Room was not spacious to go around the bed and put 2 suitcases anywhere in the room. Because of how small the hallway was i kept bumping into my mom going back and forth to the Bathroom while Im using the hallway mirror to curl my Hair. Because the hallway was small to the bathroom and doorway, with the suitcases taking up space I accidentally burned my self with curling wand for my hair bacuse of the very little space we had to get ready in the mornings and constant back and forth to the bathroom to bedroom in our room. For a king-size room I expected it to be Bigger.

Great breakfast, comfy spacious room, 24/7 lobby perks, pool, sky deck, pet-friendly hotel

Breakfast was great. It had pancakes and waffles, cereal, yogurt, premade omelets, a protein, fruit, and hard boiled eggs! The lobby was open 24/7 with a small snack and convince bar. I didn’t use it but they was a fitness room and an indoor pool open til at least 10pm. There was a sky deck for guests that had a view of the town. In the lobby, one could enjoy hot coffee and tea at anytime and there was an ice machine with buckets for your enjoyment. A water bottle fountain could also be found in the lobby. The room was very spacious with two beds and a bathroom. The TV was large and had a great selection to watch. Lots of shelf space. A cold mini fridge to store drinks. The shower was big and water hot. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. I loved that the whole hotel was pet friendly! Free WiFi and many plug in.

It was odd having no drawers to put my stuff in. There wasn’t a microwave either. The room had an ac unit and it was controlled by a wall thermostat but I couldn’t seem to cool the room off. I set it to cool 69 then started lowering it to see if that helped; by the end, the gauge said 67 but it felt stuffed up and warm. The bathroom fan didn’t work.

It was pleasant. Everything was clean and it was a decent price for this day.

It was Nate and clean and very efficiently laid out. We like the game room a lot. The sky fireplace was amazing! We love that . The soaps and shampoos and lotion was very good too!

The games pieces were missing on the game boards. The breakfast was different than what I thought. I thought it could be a little bit more healthy.

The blonde girl with glasses that came in for 3d shift the first night there . Nasty attitude closed the sky deck before 11pm when it is scheduled to close even if it’s 10 minutes I paid for my 10 minutes on the roof.

Overall it was good.

Breakfast was ok. Staff were warm and welcoming. Our room had a distinct disinfectant smell that made it difficult for me. Room 519. The lobby smelled great and i wish my room would have. Bathroom was nice size. Difficult not having any type of dresser to put clothes in. Requires you to live out of a suitcase.

Wonderful and minus the Front desk check in process/

breakfast AND CLEAN ROOM

I would like to share my concern regarding the check-in experience during my recent stay at your property. At the time of our arrival, the front desk staff member — who was introduced as someone experienced in handling guests — did not provide a satisfactory response regarding our room reservation. I had booked, through Booking.com, a 1 King Suite with a bunk bed for my children to have a comfortable experience. However, upon check-in, I was told that such a room type was not available and was instead offered a 2 Queen Bed room. Only after another staff member (a lady) reviewed the booking details, it was confirmed that our original booking was indeed for the King Suite with bunk bed. This situation left us quite confused and disappointed, especially as it appeared to be a misunderstanding on the part of the front desk representative. For someone described as highly experienced, such a mix-up in room allocation information was unexpected. Additionally, I observed that when other families checked in after us, they were provided with more detailed information and a more courteous approach. This inconsistency in communication made us feel somewhat overlooked as guests. I would appreciate it if you could kindly look into this matter and ensure that all guests, regardless of nationality or background, receive the same level of information and courteous service. Thank you for your time and understanding. I hope this feedback will help improve the guest experience for future visitors.

Roof top was great and we really enjoyed the fire pit and seating area, located off the lobby outside. We also used the outside pool. It was also located very close to Dollywood. We also enjoyed the breakfast,, very good foood. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant!!!!

No complaints about any thing on our visit. We were there for 2 nights.
