The holiday was a perfect location and yes we would stay there again.

the staff were great, the location perfect, the firepit with hot chocolate was great after a day of venturing, the breakfast was good, enjoyed the whirlpool tub and overall just a really nice stay.

the only thing that needs to be done is some updating. the pull out sofa was pretty ratty and mattress thin. the elevators were extremely slow and very dated. a new coat of paint would do the place wonders.

Easy access and just off the main road. Decent breakfast with plenty of choices.

Shower needs updating. Water pressure very poor. Almost needed a step to get into the bed as it was very tall. A little on the pricey side.

NOT SURE HOW THIS PLACE GETS 9.0 REVIEW RATING, BLACK SPOTS ON WALL, FURNITURE MISSING, A/C LOUD AND NOT COOLING GOOD, SHOWER TRIM LOOSE, PILLOWS UNCOMFORTABLE, STAFF DIDN’T CARE! STAY ELSEWHERE!

Very comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service. Front desk staff so friendly. Breakfast attendants especially kind and so helpful.

Ran out of TP and then tissues so just had to get more from front desk. Not a big issue.

Bed very uncomfortable, mold around handicap handle in bathtub and around sink, air conditioner made a bad noise eveytime it came on and was not cold just cool and was set on 66. Cost was very high for this type of hotel wished we could have stayed somewhere else. I wished I would have chosen the new hotel up the street for the same price before it got booked. If other hotels weren’t t booked we would have moved hotels.

Extremely convenient to main strip, walking distance to popular attractions (Hollywood Wax Museum, Titanic, etc.). Clean, VERY nice staff and very helpful. Would stay again!

Clean and spacious rooms!

The location was great with plenty of parking. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was spacious and clean. The ac worked wonderful. The fridge stayed cold with our drinks and snacks inside.

Please buy new mattresses. The ones in our room were worn out and saggy which made sleeping a little difficult. Also, who puts the soap dispenser for the bathroom sink 2 feet away from the sink? Please return to putting bar soap in the bathroom as young kids cannot reach soap dispenser.

Perfect getaway for a few days

The location was in the perfect location, it felt very safe and comfortable.

I would like to of had bacon and scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet. Also, I don’t like how they raise the rate on weekends and they should give a discount for repeat customers.

Great night sleep

We had stayed at a cheaper location the night before. It was well below average to say the least. The next night we stayed at Holiday Inn Express. It was so nice staying in a clean updated room. We slept great! Thanks to the staff we had everything we needed and we recommend staying here regardless the Holiday Inn location.

Good but could be better.

Check in was nice and easy quick, was also able to check in earlier. Room was spacious. Bed was soft and comfortable but the pillows could be better, kinda flat.

Tubs were not clean, I had to clean it myself before use. Notice they were still not clean after we went out and came back, they replaced the towels but I can still spot that the tub was not clean.
