Filthy, sketchy elevator. Breakfast was awful. Disabled AC in the loft bedroom. Rude staff.

The room was clean.

Staff was not exactly informational. They were rude when they called us on the room phone to tell us that it was a smoke free hotel. My husband vaped on the balcony and I smoked a cigarette. I am pretty sure they came in our room while we were gone because there was a "Thank you for Not Smoking" sign on our stand under the tv when we returned from dinner that I am confident was not there before we left. AC in loft was DISABLED for the season according to the "maintenance man" because people turn it up and down and short it out. Sounds like an electrical issue to me, not a customer issue. The AC downstairs was on 65 and was unable to properly cool that large room with 15 or more ft. ceilings. All of us literally sweated to the point where our hair was wet because we could not get the room cool enough. Horrible sleep because of that. Large windows were filthy and had handprints on them from someone climbing on the ledge from the loft previously. Elevator carpet was BLACK and looked like it had never been cleaned. Elevator was spotty- didn't work when we first arrived and was very sketchy. I was forced to walk a flight of stairs with my very bad arthritic knees because we couldn't get our of the lower parking garage via elevator. The breakfast was HORRIBLE. Watery eggs, grey sausage, and either empty coffee containers or cold coffee in the containers. Just avoid this place.

Pillows are basically nothing, just flattens out when layed on. Shower water gets warm but not hot & shower pressure is not good at all. Keurig coffee maker didn't work right.

Mainly the hot tub dripping and not being able to shut it off made it difficult to sleep at night. Some of the towels being dirty was a little annoying as well.

24 hour hot coffee/tea or fruit services were very kind, we really enjoyed with the breakfast and loft room option as family using.

Very conveniently located, easy access. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly. Loved the balcony and the room was clean and comfortable. Our room looked exactly like the picture.

The only downfall to this hotel is one elevator and it’s in the back of the hotel. Other than that the hotel is perfect. I didn’t not use the pool. If this hotel had 2 elevators I would give perfect review.

The hotel looked like they needed some improvements, the stair wells need to be marked what floors you are on when yiu are in the srair well. I requested a top floor. When i got there theyvsaid i had a top floor. But upon going to roo., it wasnt cleaned and the key wouldnt work. Upon returning to desk they went and co firmes it. Then they gave me a 3rd floor. We had to wait almost 40 minutes. But, overall it was a pleasnt trip.

No pool towels available when we went to the pool. Also, the cleaning of our room was not great. My boys spilled some snacks the first day and the crumbs were all over the floor - they didn't really get cleaned up.

Pool was nice.

Ac was cold but it seemed to not get as cold as we liked it. The room was really big was probably why. We had to wait 20 minutes once we got there because our room was not ready yet when we got there right at check-in time. She did not know how long it would take, but we sat in the lobby and waited.

Hot tub mistake

It's a beautiful hotel very clean. The location was good.

That there was no hot tub like it says it was, I asked the front clerk and she said they had contacted booking.com multiple times about that and they (booking.com) wouldn't fix it on there end. She was very nice about it it's not there fault when booking.com want change something for a company it only takes a second to do so.

Enjoyed the 4th of July weekend and celebrated birthdays too!

We enjoyed the breakfast, the space of the loft room, overall location, and over all cleanliness of the facility.

Didn’t care for the overall pool amenities. The pool noodles offered were all torn and broken. A couple chairs need replaced/repaired. It would be nice if the tables were clean periodically throughout the day. House cleaning needs to do deeper cleanings in of the ledges in the loft rooms. A few bugs were dead and it wasn’t pleasant to see that once overlooking to the downstairs area. This is after not being able to check in earlier due to “room being cleaned”. The elevators are really slow!!!! Definitely need to take that into consideration when checking in and out and be prepared to be patient waiting on one. Also, there are not a lot of luggage carts either. We also always smelled a strong order of marijuana being smoked. Of course this isn’t the facilities fault but it’s royally sucked trying to enjoy the balcony or the pool with such loud order daily.
