We had a great time and a great stay with outstanding service.

It was clean. The front staff was pleasant. It was located in a very convenient spot close to all of the restaurants.

The mattress was not as comfortable as I wish it could’ve been. It may need to be replaced.

Excellent location. Building was clean. Plenty of safe parking spots

System to issue card keys was down when we initially tried to check in at 6pm. We couldn't get into the room so went to dinner and came back at 9ish. Still no card keys. Staff very rude. Had to be let in and out of our room by an employee because they never were able to give us keys. If the front desk wasn't so snarky about this issue, it wouldn't have been so bad. They wanted us in the room at 9 so they didn't have to let us in again- in Pigeon Forge on a Saturday night. Also, layout of room cramped for a suite and there was the sound of water running in the wall all night. Breakfast was as disappointing as the entire experience. 😕

Great 2 Night Stay

Rooms were spacious and quiet. Mostly older couples and families. The pool area and breakfast were nice. Overall the rooms felt clean and comfortable.

We found hair on the carpet that wasn’t ours, so a better job could’ve been done vacuuming. The down comforter had some stains.

For a short trip it was ok.

Close to everything we wanted to do.

Very basic with no daily maid service. They take the trash and swap towels. We were without a tv for 2 days. Finally after a complaint someone came to look at it.

I loved that you could smell the “clean” when you walked in. It is definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed at In Pigeon Forge. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean! The staff were super nice and always helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

Decent hotel for value. Will not stay again due to cost to charge EV at hotel.

The outdoor pool was great. The hotel was very clean. Coffee available around the clock was also a nice amenity. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast got busy at times and food wasn’t always available. I appreciate the front desk guy stepping in to help. Location was great.

First off the EV charger was a paid service and not only that but outrageously expensive. Very difficult to get working as well. This alone will prevent me from coming back. All other hotels in the area offer this for free. As an EV owner I rely on this more than you realize. Second the shower has black mold particularly around the soap dispensers. The bed was very uncomfortable for some reason and the pillows were even worse.

Great for a family stopover!

The breakfast was great, and the staff worked so hard to keep up with the crowd! The front desk staff was super helpful, too! The room was clean, convenient, and the bed for comfortable. Kids loved the pool!

The dog nextdoor to my daughter's room barked quite a bit--that would have bothered me more than it bothered them. Also, the bike in the exercise room didn't work.

Location. It was close to shopping and local attractions. Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable.

There were bugs in the bathroom. Not sure if it’s the carpet, but the room smelled upon entry. Hotel could probably use some updating.

Overall it was a great trip. Our hotel was close enough to all of our scheduled events.

I liked that the hotel was close to a lot, but not directly off of parkway. It was a little quieter but still close enough to all of the things we wanted to do.

Breakfast seemed lack luster. I also wish there were real cups instead of paper cups in the hotel rooms.

21 dec breakfast. Extremely busy and staff struggled to replenish some of the food items. 22 dec. We came down at 0620 to avoid the crowd as was at 0800 on 21st. One staff member only getting the items ready. Opened at about 0640.

We love coming here every year, just wish they would get more washers and dryers they inky have one that works and we stayed up til 4 am just to wash clothes

Great staff, room could be set up better.

The staff were amazing! I don’t remember his name but one of the front desk guys was always so nice, and I think his name was dean one of the maintenance people was very helpful!

The way it was explained to work the jacuzzi didn’t really make sense and neither did the location of how to actually turn it on with the knob being on the other side of the wall? Not to mention we had a light switch that did nothing as far as we knew. The room layout is not amazing but there isn’t much you can do with that.

Fantastic

Great staff, super friendly, hotel was super clean, both pools was clean and hot tub was clean and warm. Breakfast was great. You can walk to places from the hotel if you so desire. I will continue to come back to this hotel!
