Our 1st time staying here
Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and was in a perfect location to do everything. Will definitely stay here again

Excellent location. Building was clean. Plenty of safe parking spots
System to issue card keys was down when we initially tried to check in at 6pm. We couldn't get into the room so went to dinner and came back at 9ish. Still no card keys. Staff very rude. Had to be let in and out of our room by an employee because they never were able to give us keys. If the front desk wasn't so snarky about this issue, it wouldn't have been so bad. They wanted us in the room at 9 so they didn't have to let us in again- in Pigeon Forge on a Saturday night. Also, layout of room cramped for a suite and there was the sound of water running in the wall all night. Breakfast was as disappointing as the entire experience. š
