Decent but not great.

It was a newer hotel, so things were fresh.

There was a miniature golf course right next to our side of the hotel and it played music all night. I even told the hotel about it but their answer was to give us a new room the next day when we were scheduled to leave. We did not sleep well because of it and did have the tv on to help muffle the noise. There are too many other good choice in that area to choose from to go back there again.

Our room was spacious and well stocked.The pool was so nice I love the fact that they have an indoor pool, I hate outdoor pools! I burn in the summer and you can't swim in the winter. This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at.

They were working on something outside and the noise was awful but other than that..it was awesome.

Never again

They tried to charge more than the booking on line amount. If I hadn’t caught the discrepancy it would have been $60 more.

The manager and staff questioned my service dog and again tried to charge $75 dollars extra. The charge still hasn’t been resolved. They also was no water in the hotel from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.

The outdoor hot tub is apparently "seasonal" and it was closed during my stay in December. My family was really looking forward to using the hot tub. So just know hot tub is not always open.

Nice, clean property

I burned my hand by accidentally spilling some coffee from the lobby ( the coffee pot is extremely to hot) and the worker who seen me do it just suggested I run cold water over it and went on his way. I literally dropped the cup because it burned my hand so bad. I have a blister from it. And the fact that I had to pay an extra $75 for a dog fee on top of the almost $300 dollars night stay. Everywhere else is $25 or even free.

A Great Stay at The Hampton Inn

The bed was amazing, nice room, we got all we asked for--1 handicapped, 1 regular room, close together, near elevator and ice machine, and nice staff.

THEY NEED HANDICAPPED PARKING IN THE FRONT!! They were doing renovations which were sometimes quite loud and also required more walking than normal like walking out the back instead the front or walking a long way around to get to the indoor pool. However, everyone was nice about it and I knew they were renovating when we went.

The bathroom door was damaged due to excess heat/steam. There wasn't a vent in the bathroom and any shower steamed up the room. Also needed a vent for tolit usage.

Making the best of a hotel under construction

Hotel is under remodel Dust and debris all over the first floor and elevators.Enjoyed breakfast.

It was handy

They were remodeling and everything was a mess. The bed was small. It took forever to get someone to check us in and she was not very friendly! I don’t like it when someone takes my money and I have to be the one to say Thank you! I am getting tired of that!! I probably will not stay here again.

I have stayed there before, I like the pools and the continental breakfast and the rooms were always clean. The fireplace outside was very nice to sit by at night. It's a very convenient location to Dollywood.

It was under extensive construction they weren't cleaning up after themselves. The hallway was dirty downstairs by the lobby and breakfast area they left their equipment in the hallway to where you could not get to the indoor pool without going outside. They kept smoking outside by the fire pit and had all their equipment there and had moved the chairs. I witness I'm smoking outside every time I had to walk from my car through that back area to the lobby to the elevators. That area was dirty. They were working on the floor above us and even at night while we were in bed you could hear them upstairs working. They're also parking there Construction vehicles in the parking lot, using up the handicap spots and a lot of other spots overnight.

Didn’t know about renovations until check in on 4th floor, we were on 3rd , told the don’t start work until 9am , we were woken up at 6am to pounding, vacuuming, 2nd day were told next day we would have no water from 9am until 4pm. Could not use hot tub, closed for season, checked out early. Disappointed

The room was very clean and neatly presented. I have many back issues and the whirlpool was very welcoming at the end of each day.

The pillows were dry small for a king size bed. Breakfast was nice but very limited seating for adult couples to sit.
