Stay was nice, but not pet fees outrageous

It was very nice

I didn't know untill I got there that it was a $25 pet fee per pet per night. I had to pay $100.00 for 2 nights for my Yorkie and shorkie. I think it should be written out when you make reservations online how much the pet fee is exactly instead of when you are checking in. My room for 2 nights was only like$20 more than I had too party for pet fee for 2 nights . It was just a shock that I wasn't expecting and we didn't get to do some things that we had planned because off the outrageous pet fees. They had a place to take my fur babies to potty which was nice with bags. It's just amazing to me how some don't clean up after there dog potty's. That's why so many places are not pet friendly and it hurts the ones that do love there fur babies and want them on the trips with them and not have to be boarded.

Birthday....Let Down

I love the look, it looks like a cabin. The staff is very friendly!!

The pillows are not fluffy, they are rather flat. Also, the television is "Live TV" only. When we stayed before Christmas, you could watch cable. I don't know if the owners are trying to save money. Also, we couldn't get the fireplace to light. We were not told a staff member had to light it. If you stand up in the jacuzzi to shower, you hit your head on the shower head.

Not a good place to stay

The location was great

There were many things bad. Dusty, dirty and very worn out. Bug in bathroom. No trash taken out. Phone & lamp broken. Office not open when I tried to stop and ask about trash. Could see daylight through door. One bed was loud and the other was not level.

Requested first room floor because of back issues and staff gave us a. handicap room. Perfect. Timbers Lodge is in the middle of Pigeon Forge, we have stayed before and will stay again.

Room was great . Looked like they had remodeled bathroom moving the spa tub into it . Usally out in the room. Hsd a small set up for kitchen area . And lounging area in it.

The only complsint might have been the mattress on the bed was really ffirm. From what wr have stayed there. So may have been new .

Terrible and would never stay there again!

Walls very thin. You can hear the adjoining rooms tv, people’s conversations, dogs walking on floor, etc. Bed slept terribly and make noises anytime you moved. Door or ac unit is not sealed well because the wind whistled through them all night.

Clean, big rooms, great for my large party, near the island of pigeon forge, walking distance to many attractions and souvenir shops. Love the large landings with rocking chairs. Enjoyed the rustic ambiance with modernized bathroom amenities.

We had an amazing one night stay and it met all of our expectations.

It was located in an ideal spot for walking around the town and going to see the Christmas light and Flavortown!!! Beautiful hotel and quick checkin!! Staff was amazing

That you couldn't smoke anywhere outside. There are a few places they could set up with an outdoor ashtray to accomated us horrible smokers....

The beds were stiff. There was literal dirt on the walls, outlets, and base boards. Mold was on the tub and water stains on the ceiling. There was a phone on the night stand but wasn't hooked up. The toilet literally was not mounted securely to the floor.

Location was the only pro

Upon arrival, our room had a HEAVY odor of bleach. To the point it gave me a blistering headache that made me nauseous. The walls were streaked with what looked like water damage or just dirty, hard to say what it was. The shower head had rust on the inside, the room in general (room 223) was very outdated and dingy, even the mirror near the tv wasn't hung straight. The beds were not comfortable. We won’t be back.

The suite was large, huge tv perfect for football after a long drive. The huge jet bath tub was a wonderful touch. Definitely would return.

They don’t have onsite laundry. We did find a laundry mat within minutes drive of the hotel, but onsite would have been perfect.

Booked room for the Jacuzzi and fireplace and then found out that the fireplace wasn't operational until a few days from the date of our stay, that was disappointing

Jacuzzi was not clean dirty walls and doors with boogers on them gross broken tp holder upon arrival cleaned Jacuzzi only to find once i turned the jets on it was even more nasty which the Jacuzzi was the thing I was most looking forward to as a hard working mom of 3 so I was very disappointed sent email no reply so far also the microwave was nasty and hadn't been cleaned

The staff was friendly, our room was super charming, we had a nice stay.

The room was super charming as it had an old cabin feel. Had the room with a big bath tub which was super nice for relaxing.

Most would probably love it for being so close to the shops. We went on a very busy weekend with a car show. So the streets were so busy we decided not to leave our room for the night and the cars kept us up pretty late since we were so close to the road. Just will be mindful next time and plan around local events.

Honeymoon suite- calling it that is a HUGE stretch, was underwhelming, smelled like wet dog, jacuzzi had a funk on the bottom, bed was uncomfortable, broken room items piled right outside door, breakfast was yogurt or cereal, nasty coffee We asked TWICE to check in early by 2 hours....we were denied. Room was available, just said request denied. The slammedenuf car show was in town unknowingly. Noise was astronomical. We were there trying to enjoy our 25 yr anniversary.

Great location and easy to get in and out of the hotel.

Location is great! The room was clean. We didn’t have trouble finding parking.

The beds were really hard but this is a personal preference. If someone likes a firm mattress then they would love the bed. We did have some water come in the room after a big downpour as we were in a first floor room. But it did not cause issues.

It was off of an incredibly noisy and busy street. It was pouring rain, and there was really no place to unload without getting soaked.
