Loved the decor and most of the staff were friendly but the room was hot and dirty.

Across the street & walking distance from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was included in our stay. Really enjoyed our visit!

Would be nice if the bathroom had a separate door for the toilet & shower due to multiple people in the room, sometimes it's not suitable. Otherwise, if staying alone, then it's fine. Not a big deal, just a suggestion.

The location was super convenient and close to the island which made it very easy to just walk across the street. Staff was fantastic and the beds were actually comfortable.

The shower could have been a bit cleaner when we got there but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean.

It was located on the main strip.

We were traveling with a pet so they put us in the back lot next to the dumpsters. The room was small, and we didn't have any soap. Maybe just an off day? The complimentary breakfast was only for two people, and I just couldn't justify paying for hotel breakfast for the other 3 people. Kind of dark in the room unless you have all the lights on at the same time.

Highly recommend, expect no frills, but perfect place to stay!

The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the bartender everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Location couldn't be better, walkability was terrific!

No excuse for room not being clean when we arrived at 4:30 pm. Beds were comfortable.

Got to check-in at 4:30, at 5:30 we were put in a room that had not been cleaned. I told them fine, we had to go to dinner and would check in afterwards but he insisted they would not have the room clean in an hour and a half even though the maid was only 2 doors down. Waited another 20 minutes to get reassigned and then were put on second floor which was inconvenient with our dog and my husband's knees so we had to take elevator which I told attendant room but put us in room far away which we had hard time finding and had to walk forever from the elevator. Check in was a disaster. He did apologize. We did not eat the free breakfast because it was not buffet and we were afraid it would be a disaster like check-in. Also bathroom was a barn door that sticks. Not good.

Loved the atmosphere, the breakfast, the pool area and the amazing staff!

The bathroom needed a thorough cleaning!! Mold in shower and lots of hair under the sink, in the shower and behind the toilet.

Location was perfect.

Staff in the restaurant is very rude and the menu is ridiculous. Half of that stuff was disgusting, I mean I enjoyed the eggs and orange juice. The refrigerator in the rooms are too small, there wasn't a microwave present, and when housekeeping came around, they left fresh towels only. They did not clean the room nor make the beds. Left the dirty towels inside the room. How in the world did this place receive an 8 online because basically what you see on booking.com is only an illusion. It's very misleading.

Pleasant vacation

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The location is perfect if you want to walk everyone in Pigeon Forge. We laid at the pool briefly and it was clean and nicely updated. The staff are friendly and helpful, when checking in. They offer a free breakfast, you get one meal and a drink, it was unusual I must say, we tried wouldn't eat again but it's to one's liking. Free is always worth trying once. We did get a Bloody Mary for breakfast, it was delicious, you must try!

Our room wasn't up to my standards. The floor was nasty. We noticed the bathroom floor hadn't been cleaned anytime recently our feet got dirty when we got out of the shower, and the walls had stuff all over them. It was disgusting. The beds weren't comfortable at all; we tossed all night. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if you stay.

What I really did not care for was the price room was a little on higher side for what we got. The drinks at the pool bar was really over priced 2 mixed drinks 32.00 was not a fan of that.

The shower was moldy in the corners and there was no hand soap at the sink. The main area stair need a cleaning there was first and spider webs in the corners
