location is perfect. Everything is in walking distance. The room was clean. Everything was perfect. I like stuff and environment , and service !

The fact I had to pay almost 300 dollars for beds that were rock solid, people complaining about my dog, with dogs barking all around. The fact of people arguing outside of my room at 2 am and waking my wife and dog up. I couldn't sleep because the bed was causing pain in my neck, back, and my left knee. I dont think that the beds have been replaced ever in that place.

Breakfast was good. The hostess was so welcoming. I can’t remember her name dark hair short height. She spoke to everyone and talked with them.

We love Pigeon Forge, and we would stay here again!

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, danishes, waffles, cereal, yogurt, MILK, juices, coffee. Would have been great to have some bacon, but everything was delicious.

We had issue with key card a couple of times, but for the most part, our key cards did work.

Very nice for the price

The room was very clean and so was the lobby! In a good location you can walk to get food or go to the island! The check in staff was friendly and it was an easy check out!

We were given a room on the first floor, which are the pet friendly rooms in which our room must have had an overly friendly pet in it before us and left us a friendly urine smelling room in which they tried to hide it by an overdose of Lysol smell until it dissipated then the strong urine smell kicked in and we asked to be moved. The location was on a very noisy road so got to hear motorcycles and cars all night and then early Friday morning got to hear a garbage truck picking up and banging the dumpster. Check out is before most hotels (before 11am).

Right by an intersection very close to the cheap invasion. Parade didn’t have to worry about getting soaked.

One thing they could do is upgrade the gutters, the gutters in heavier, rain, splashes all the way up to the door.

Disappointing hotel

It was in a good location, close to all the activities in Pigeon Forge.

The breakfast was a joke and if you didn’t get down there right at starting time, there was nothing left. The breakfast area was in two converted rooms so it was a very tiny area. The dog potty area had the grass so tall our dog wouldn’t even go potty. We had to drive down the road to the park for our dog.

Location, Location, Location!

Clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing staff, good breakfast and location, location location! The location is the best thing about this property. Almost dead center of the parkway. Want to go to dollywood just take wears valley rd to teaster and avoid the parkway. Want to avoid the crowds or take a trip to cades cove? Just turn right out parking lot and head that way! I've been coming pigeon forge my entire life and lived here for 2 years! You can't get a better location for getting around!

Only thing I could complain about is the indoor pool area could use some changes of the mural. Could be a little more inviting. Also wish there was a hot tub.

Happy to find a place to stay at last minute during July 4th holiday. Overall was a good experience

I appreciated the grassy area designated for dogs and the backside of the hotel and neighborhood was quiet enough to allow me to walk our dog safely around several blocks. Their pet fee was less expensive than other places as well, so that was good. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was good and water was hot

I did not expect to see carpeting in rooms that allow pets. It needs to be removed. Our dog had no accidents in the room, but you just don't know what you're stepping on from previous guests. It felt nasty and the tile floor in front of the vanity was sticky. That was the only thing we didn't like about the stay.
