The convenience and how clean it was.
The price was kind of high and there were no luggage trollies available when we were leaving.

Clean, comfortable and great location.
Unaccompanied minors running up and down the hallway late at night and extremely loud. I called the front desk but nothing was done and they continued to run up and down the halls screaming. I paid a lot of money to stay here and relax.
