Not worth the money

Clean, comfortable and great location.

Unaccompanied minors running up and down the hallway late at night and extremely loud. I called the front desk but nothing was done and they continued to run up and down the halls screaming. I paid a lot of money to stay here and relax.

Very unhappy with the room and very disappointed!

The location was great.

The rooms were very unclean. Behind my head board was very nasty with huge dusty bunnies! The floors were not clean and very dirty. I had to make my kids were shoes the whole stay. I did tell a staff member about the cleanness of behind and the bed and it was never took care. This was durning a family trip on Thanksgiving.

It was so clean, smelled great, loved the balcony and fireplace!

I didn't like the fact my room was not done by 4pm ck in and had to wait another hour. I should've gotten an hr longer stay or free Starbucks or something.

$71 for valet I only used once, almost $500 for a room that was very hot and the air didn’t work right in

Available food service to room did not arrive for 1.5 hours and numerous calls. bathroom door opened into toilet so it was very awkward to use toilet.

This was my 3rd time staying there and we love the location, being at the Island we can walk alot of places

the only thing i would say that maybe would be a complaint would be that when we were checking out and i called for some one to help with luggage, they were short staffed and couldn’t help us with luggage

All around best stay we have ever had while on vacation.

I loved that when we arrived they had a luggage trolly waiting. They also sent it up to our room while we checked in. I paid for daily valet. We didn’t have to leave our room until our car was already out front. This was so handy, especially on days that the island was packed and parking would have been on the far end of the lot. The rooms were extremely clean and tidied daily. Every member of the staff greeted us anytime they passed us in the hall and they always had a smile while doing so. The option to take a different elevator and walkout on a different part of the island was nice.

There isn’t anything that I saw during my stay that could be improved on.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. Everyone was amazing. The hotel is spot on.

Olease read til the end...The hotel is like a maze. I spent more time walking around trying to get to and from my room. Which ad a contractor I understand with the Island set up the build and layout had to be creative but my knees choose to disagree. Also the air in our room never came on. We had to try and sleep with the balcony door open im hopes of getting some cool air in our room. And of course people outside weren't the quietest. The air is the hotels issue but definitely not the people outside walking around the courtyard. . . One more thing I would like to point out and make others aware of. When I booked this room I did so based on the description I saw online. I wound up with a room at the Inn at first. Which is nowhere near the quality of the hotel... double check before booking.

The staff was amazing! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. No matter who you passed they always had a smile and would ask how we were doing.

Convenience of the location

Walk to the parking lot is a bit tedious , I’m aware of valet parking but doesn’t seem to practical for the ones that like to come an go from the property multiple times a day and having to pay the 10 plus for the self parking is a little crazy not sure why there isn’t a free option. Also another entrance to the self parking would be beneficial, there’s a lot of foot traffic’s at the only entrance not to mention the actual traffic
