I love this place; whenever we go, we stay with them, but I wish they had fresh breakfast, eggs, milk, real food, fruit, a proper breakfast full of vitamins

It is in a great location, walkable, convenient to many area attractions including Dollywood. The loft rooms held the 4 of us easily but would be great for large families as long as your bedtime is all the same. However, it is aging, linens should be replaced, towels were stained although clearly washed. If you are not picky it is worth it.
